Popular 90 Day Fiancé star Julia Trubkina quit being a go-go dancer in Russia after she started working as an “assistant judge” however, fans claimed Brandon Gibbs’ wife wasn’t telling the truth. Episode 10 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 saw Julia applying for the job of a dance instructor at a Richmond gym club, to support Brandon’s job as a pest controller so they could get rent their dream apartment. During the interview, Julia shocked with her risqué moves, having had a career in dancing after randomly walking into a club to get the job. However, on Instagram, Julia revealed that she had to quit dancing for her assistant judge job.

Not too long after Julia was mocked for having agreed to work on Brandon’s farm and doing as his parents say, the 90 Day Fiancé star had confessed that she did have career aspirations. The Krasnodar resident has revealed that she had started working when she was 13 and Julia’s first job was handing out advertisements on the street during summer. Following this, Julia also spoke of having worked 15 jobs in total, which included being a waitress, an office cleaner, a drawing teacher, a magazine article writer, and also a fitness instructor.

Fans also saw 90 Day Fiancé star Julia Trubkina flexing her bodybuilder figure in a swimsuit competition, but her claim to have been an “assistant judge” left fans stunned. To promote her segment on episode 10, Julia posted BTS photos from the scene at the gym and mentioned that she learned to dance on her own, “since there were no dance schools in her city.” Brandon’s hardworking wife performed during local festivals with her friends after coming up with their own routines. “I danced breakdances, hip hop, go go, pole dance, belly dancing, many styles I tried,Julia shared as she confessed she hasn’t danced in a long time and that she quit her “go job” after she “started working as an assistant judge.”

A curious 90 Day Fiancé fan found it hard to believe that Julia’s town Tuapse in Russia didn’t have a single dance studio, but many others wanted to know more about her assistant judge career. “Assistant judge? What you mean?” asked a fan, and Julia expressed how she worked “as an assistant judge for more than 8 months.” The TLC celeb explained that she was “only engaged in the preparation of documents, on a computer and verification of information.” This is when fans realized that Julia wasn’t an assistant judge but an assistant to a judge. A fan replied to Julia saying, “there’s a huge difference between an assistant judge and an assistant TO the judge ...” while adding that the correct word for it would be “paralegal.”

The 90 Day Fiancé star is currently enjoying her vacation in Russia without Brandon, which also started rumors of their divorce. But Julia brushed them off by saying Brandon is her “soul” and that she came to Russia to be with her family and “do important things.” On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Brandon and Julia are busy house hunting, but like most of their segments so far, TLC fans think that even this scene is fake and scripted, like the double date with Melanie or his aunt Angi pretending to be "family friend" Aspen.
