Russian 90 Day Fiancé star Julia Trubkina hinted at her return to bodybuilding in an interesting new Instagram update. The 28-year-old debuted on TLC with her husband Brandon Gibbs in 90 Day Fiancé season 8 before getting married. The couple’s adorable romance was marred by Brandon’s helicopter parents’ interference and, of course, the Dinwiddie farm life. Reality TV star Julia, having lived in cities her whole life, wanted an out, which she eventually did, much to the disappointment of Betty and Ron Gibbs. Eventually, everyone seemed to get along, and the couple has now moved to Virginia Beach. Julia is appreciated by fans for her hard-working nature. She’s worked 15 jobs in the past, one of which was working as a bodybuilder and training clients.

Julia used to be a fitness instructor and performed for three years in a row touring different cities. However, Julia seems to have stopped participating in bikini competitions after supposedly gaining a little weight. It seems Julia poked fun at her weight gain dilemma in a new video on Instagram. 90 Day Fiancé star Julia used a photo from her first-ever fitness competition in the background of her video while she ate French Fries in the foreground, reliving her memories. “This is me. Jessica. I’m in here,” Julia mouthed a funny line from The Hot Chick. Julia asked her fans in her caption, “What do you think if I try to prepare for competitions in America?” She admitted she’s very interested in doing it.

Julia said that she’s spoken to people in the bodybuilding business who’ve told her about a competition being held in February 2023. To fans who were seeing Julia’s throwback photo in a purple bikini for the first time, she admitted that it was “old” and that she’s already “performed in Russia more than once.” In the comments, several expert 90 Day Fiancé viewers offered to coach Julia. She asked them where they lived while confessing that even though she had experience, “everything is completely different” in the U.S. Julia is worried that she doesn’t have much time left to train. According to Julia, she usually starts five or six months before the competition. Julia’s supporters agreed that if she’s done it before, she won’t face much difficulty in starting over.

In the past, Julia has admitted that it’s difficult for her, even if she has a desire to return. She’s spoken about how someone who wants to compete could either be looking to lose or gain weight. One might either want to see abs or be able to lift heavy weights. 90 Day Fiancé star Julia has revealed the three rules for beginners, which say that one needs to eat more often but also not a lot at once, apart from drinking a lot of water and being more active. Moreover, lots of makeup and self-tanner are also involved in the process.

Julia had to deal with a hormonal imbalance and stress, apart from food, which made her gain weight. However, yoga has helped her in fairly regaining her old figure. After her 90 Day Fiancé fame, Julia has started online personal training classes for fans as well. However, now the tables seem to have turned, with Julia taking the help of 90 Day Fiancé viewers. It remains to be seen if she will make a comeback in the fitness industry in the coming year.
