Former 90 Day Fiancé star Jorge Nava has been enjoying his time outside freely after achieving a surprising weight loss transformation behind bars. The 33-year-old cast member is known for his appearance in season 4, during which he married his Russian partner, Anfisa Arkhipchenko. The couple always had a loveless relationship, which didn't last long after Jorge went to prison for possession of drugs.
While the Russian native dumped her husband at the lowest point of his life, he did not let it destroy his life. Instead, he went from 318 pounds to 185 pounds during his two-and-a-half-years prison sentence. Jorge came out of prison before his official sentence was over and stunned many 90 Day Fiancé viewers with his amazing 133-pound weight loss. Jorge has previously revealed that the prison diet helped him lose weight.
Besides, he improved his mindset and boosted his positivity by reading good books. Jorge read the 1992 book Awaken, The Giant Within by Tony Robbins, which helped him master his emotions, body, relationships, and finances. After becoming a free man, the American star succeeded in his professional life, found true love, and became a dad.
Jorge Enjoys Summer With Baby Mama
Jorge has also embraced the outside world after being locked up for months. In October 2021, the former cast member shared a photo of himself hugging his new partner Rhoda Nava. The couple enjoyed the early winter sunlight in the blue sky among the trees in the picture. Jorge captioned his post, "Never did I imagine my dreams becoming a reality so fast," and claimed that his partner and babies are his life. Jorge looked content in the photo and healthier from his time on the show. 90 Day Fiancé fans praised his fitness journey and wished him luck for his future. A fan wrote, "Congratulations!!!
