A passionate person with many great loves, 90 Day Fiancé’s Tarik Myers has oftentimes referred to himself as the “Black Anthony Bourdain.” Those TLC fans not familiar with Tarik’s “excellent” rapping skills (from his 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days proposal scene with Hazel) saw the Virginia Beach resident spitting some bars on the new episode. As Tarik resumed his reality TV relationship with Hazel, on a more awkward level than before, many were intrigued about what the 90 Day Fiancé star does to pay the bills. Apart from rapping “Far Round The Way Girl,” that is.

Tarik’s introduction on TLC's 90 Day Fiancé season 8 had him slicing vegetables with his imported sword from Thailand, while also bracing himself to get into a "throuple" with Hazel. He also confessed to almost breaking up with the Filipina, owing to their infamous pregnancy episode, during which he’d also met Minty. She was a girl Hazel also wanted to “holler” at. While the hollering may not have been successful for the 90 Day Fiancé stars, Hazel got jealous when she noticed Minty wanting her man more than she wanted her. Although the next few episodes might show Tarik trying to find his “Asian Angelina Jolie” (i.e. a hot new girlfriend), his rap song that went, “girl you hot sauce, hella hot sauce,” was not exactly “hot,” as per many 90 Day Fiancé fans' opinions.

It’s not new for 90 Day Fiancé cast members to have secondary careers as rappers. The most notable and new ones so far are Usman “Sojaboy” Umar, Brittany Banks, and Biniyam Shibre. While Biniyam’s fiancé Ariela did declare that they took part in the TLC show to boost his fame, Tarik does seem to have a real job and an impressive net worth. According to Starcasm, the 46-year-old Tarek, who grew up in Dayton, Ohio, is also a realtor. The TLC star’s profile on Realtor states that Tarik has over 15 years of experience in the field and that he’s “been studying real estate since the late 1990s.” However, 90 Day Fiancé’s Tarik also reveals that he “actually got licensed and began to work in 2005” and shares that he provides real estate services in the Hampton Roads community. In addition, Tarik mentions that he’s a “highly skilled negotiator” who “works best under pressure” and has “nuanced knowledge” of Hampton Roads, including “its neighborhoods, military bases, and waterways.” See an Instagram pic of Tarik below:

The 90 Day Fiancé celeb also owns a business called Quantum Money LLC, which (as per Bizapedia) he launched in August 2009. The company apparently filed a lawsuit against a real estate lender for civil fraud and tortious interference in 2011, through which Tarik earned “a judgment of $75,668 from a jury a year later.” When he’s not busy selling properties, Tarik records music under the name “Dirt Bourdain,” although he initially used to go by “Dirt DayOH.” His discography boasts a tribute album to The Black Panther movie, which is titled, “T’Chala the Mixtape.” The debut album is called “Reli-Genocide.” In his first album, the 90 Day Fiancé guy displays “his fearless outlook on Religion, Relationships, Life, Love and Hate!!

As reported by StarsOffline, 90 Day Fiancé’s Tarik could be earning about $82k for his real estate job and via the show. He supposedly gets a joint amount (with Hazel) of $1k to $1.5k per episode and $2.5k for a Tell All special. This, along with his music career, seems to have helped Tarik accumulate a net worth of about $800,000. When it comes to treating both his fiancé Hazel (and a girlfriend) right on 90 Day Fiancé, it looks like money won’t be a problem for Tarik.
