Former 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Jihoon Lee is looking like he belongs to a K-Pop band in his latest Instagram makeover reveal. Jihoon participated in the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off’s season 1 with estranged wife Deavan Clegg and was a fan favorite despite his many flaws. Deavan and Jihoon split in TOW season 2, and the Utah native returned to America with their son Taeyang. The couple fought in a custody battle for the baby amid their divorce, and Jihoon went missing from social media, which worried his followers. However, Jihoon’s return has shocked TLC viewers who think his look is “breathtaking,” making him almost unrecognizable.
Jihoon had a list of red flags during his 90 Day Fiancé relationship with Deavan. He lied to Deavan about his finances, was unable to feed his growing family, and was also accused of being lazy. While details of Deavan and Jihoon’s separation are still blurry, she had accused him of abuse after she left his native country. Deavan has since moved on with her new boyfriend, Chris AKA Topher Park, and Jihoon also seems to be doing better. Jihoon first showed off his plastic surgery results on Instagram in October 2020.
While it’s not known what Jihoon has done to alter his appearance, fans can’t stop swooning over his new Instagram post. Wearing an all-black outfit with a blazer, Jihoon is sporting a new shorter hairdo that fans aren’t used to seeing on him. With his phone in one hand, the Korean 90 Day Fiancé reality star is casually dangling a cigarette from the other while sitting outside a coffee shop in Seoul’s Gangnam district. “You look like a celebrity!! Dang jihoon," and “You are absolutely BREATHTAKING here Jihoon…..oh my word seriously just stunning. I adore you!” are some of the comments on Jihoon’s rare pic.
Most fans are hoping that Jihoon is doing well and that he gets to see his son soon. However, one fan has mentioned how, according to Deavan, Jihoon, who’s allowed calls and visits, hasn’t called her since October 2020. “Have you saved enough money to go to the US to see Taeyang?” one fan has asked Jihoon. However, Jihoon hasn’t replied to any comments at all on the post. He has also removed all photos that he had of his son from his Instagram feed, which some fans think is strange.
Back when Jihoon flaunted his tattooed eyebrows and nose job on his Instagram in a now-deleted post, he admitted that there’s no point in saving money and that he was going to invest in himself. Jihoon seemingly blamed himself for Deavan returning to the U.S., saying that she left him on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way because he was a nobody. He had expressed his intentions of becoming a comedian. Now, Jihoon’s bio states that he is a video editor. Jihoon also says something along the lines of, “Don't stop me from doing everything I want to do” as his introduction, which could be a message for his critics.
