Jihoon Lee from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? has had child abuse allegations brought against him regarding his stepdaughter Drascilla. Fans would like an explanation of the charges and also want to know how much jail time he might have to serve.
The couple announced over a month ago that they would be going their separate ways. Deavan Clegg had already been living back in Utah and moving on to a new man. Since then, Jihoon has made some drastic changes, such as moving from his family home and getting his eyebrows professionally done. Now, rumors are circulating that the South Korean 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star may be facing charges of child abuse. This has fans worried.
The couple has been estranged since July, but the separation has not stopped Deavan from accusing Jihoon of child abuse. As of now, the mother of two has yet to bring forward any evidence, but if she can, he could be looking at a chunk of time behind bars. During an Instagram story, Deavan claimed that Jihoon and his parents did “vile things” and promised to tell all at the reunion. The laws for children’s protection in South Korea are quite clear. A child abuser who is convicted will face a minimum of five years in prison. As of now, Deavan Clegg has yet to press charges against her husband. TLC fans are still reeling from the accusations. If Jihoon was accused and found guilty of sexually assaulting a child, he would be given a term of life in prison.
The couple will not be at the reunion to explain themselves since their issues are considered an unresolved subject and TLC did not want to touch that with a ten-foot pole. Many fans wonder if the accusations were just a publicity move since Deavan has stayed close-lipped ever since... and just posted pictures of her new boyfriend. Most fans are not buying her story as she has spun some tales since their separation. The mother of two also claimed that Jihoon Lee refuses to sign divorce papers or speak with her. However, the South Korean has also denied those allegations. Jihoon has made it a point to post his own cryptic messages but neither reality star can really speak out due to the NDA (non-disclosure agreement) both have signed.
