Jenny Slatten from 90 Day Fiancé breaks her silence. Before she and Sumit show up on TLC screens this Sunday to continue their haywire relationship, Jenny wants to set the record straight. She’s now claiming that everything that Sumit’s parents Anil and Sahna said about her, including the fact that they weren’t aware of their romance, is a big life. The 90 Day Fiancé star is revealing that there’s more to this Bollywood-esque drama than what meets the eye.

Sumit’s parents and his visible fear of them has been a constant subject of tension between him and Jenny in season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Jenny, 61, and Sumit, 32, had their age gap going against them the moment that he decided to catfish her in 2011. But the long-distance lovers decided to stick together even when Jenny witnessed a much-married Sumit being dragged away by his folks. But he convinced her to return after a promise of divorce, and Jenny returned to India. However, Sumit's parents finally showed up during the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off’s midseason finale to talk about Jenny staying as an unwelcome guest in their house for four months. They accused her of getting physical with their son while pretending to be Sumit’s Facebook friend. Fans called Jenny out immediately for having kept them in the dark about her 2013 India visit and labeled her a liar. However if one does revisit the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1, Jenny makes multiple references to her trip and also mentions meeting Sumit’s parents. Possibly to clear the air once and for all before her show resumes, Jenny is now spilling the chai.

Jenny spoke to ET and addressed all the questions that 90 Day Fiancé fans were wanting to ask her since the finale. "Of course they knew we were in a relationship, we've been together since 2011 and [I came to India in] 2013, so, they knew," Jenny said about Sumit’s parents' claims about not knowing of her romantic involvement with their son. "They have their reasons for not wanting to admit that they knew we were in a relationship. I can't say what the reasons are, but I know what they are, and you'll find more about what happens with me and his parents as the season moves along,” revealed Jenny while maintaining her secrecy as per TLC’s contract.

But it’s Jenny’s confession about never having been friends with Sahna as she'd suggested, that’s even more shocking. "I'm a nice person and she grew to like me, and she was just very nice to me. I was never friends with her, ever,” added the 90 Day Fiancé star about Sumit’s mom’s claims that Jenny took advantage of her friendship before sleeping with her son. "I did not know her like that. She came off like we were friends -- no, not true at all. We were never friends and she knew that Sumit and I love each other,"  the Palm Springs native clarified. Jenny further shared that Sahna’s accusations stem from her being a mother and that she understands how she feels. “Of course, she's his mother. And I understand that she doesn't like the relationship,” Jenny expressed and continued, “the fact is that we do love each other and we'd been in a relationship for over a year and a half before she ever met me, so we were already well into our relationship before she met me, and it was kind of too late for her to try to [break us up]."

The 90 Day Fiancé star is also being accused of keeping Sumit away from his parents, which she refuted promptly with, “If they need him, he will be there for them and I will let him, I'm not going to stop him." Jenny also shared that while she thinks Anil and Sumit’s younger brother Amit are easier to get along with, she feels no hope when it comes to Sahna. "I feel lucky for one thing, I feel blessed," she explained. "And who doesn't want to be loved the way I'm loved by Sumit?” added Jenny, thankful for his companionship. Jenny also addressed her and Sumit’s engagement rumors that were swirling around after fans spotted her sporting an engagement ring. The 90 Day Fiancé star implies that knowing Sumit’s parents' obvious dislike of her, an engagement is not a possibility, for now. "Well, the consequences would probably not be good," Jenny shared. "His mom already said what she would do, what would happen if we did something like that. She has said it in the past, she has said it again, and you'll see, you'll find out when the season starts up again."

Jenny has constantly struggled during her time with Sumit, firstly from his lies, and then his parents’ disapproval. Still, if there’s one thing that can be said about this 90 Day Fiancé star is that whatever she’s done until now, can only be done out of love.
