90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way couple Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh revealed why they don’t plan on having kids ahead of their upcoming marriage. The season 3 pair has been through plenty of highs and lows in their relationship. Despite all the trust issues, delays, and the 30-year age gap, Sumit and Jenny are together in India, but still not married. However, things might be looking up, as Sumit and Jenny recently revealed the kind of wedding they want. But the 90 Day Fiancé couple did have opposing views about having children.

Sumit’s parents have been the constant source of tension for Jenny and Sumit’s relationship. This resentment toward Jenny because of her age resulted in Anil and Sahna saying vile things about her in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 2. While fans were worried Sumit would never divorce his ex, he did, and also found a way to stay with Jenny. Palm Springs resident Jenny, who has three grown daughters and grandkids back home, wants to have more than just a promise ring. However, what’s stopping 90 Day Fiancé star Jenny from starting a family with Sumit?

In an interview with Us Weekly, Sumit spoke of him still being scared about the concept of marriage since the last one left a pretty bitter taste in his mouth. However, Jenny added that she’ll “feel more confident” when she becomes the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star’s wife. Still, when it comes to having Sumit’s baby, Jenny already has the confidence to say no. When asked if she would be okay with adoption or surrogacy, Jenny’s reply was a firm, “no children,” but she added that they do have dogs. “No, I don’t think about children right now,” is what Sumit confessed.

As per Sumit, he and Jenny are happy together and he hopes “that things will stay like that.” Meanwhile, Sumit did suggest that he may give adoption a thought. “Adoption is something that maybe if I can give somebody a good life,” shared Sumit. But as of now, the couple is not having any baby talk. Season 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way may look intense for Sumit and Jenny in the previews, but Jenny throwing chairs is perhaps just the tip of the iceberg. After all, Sumit’s manipulative mom will be coming to stay with the pair.

At this point, there is not much hope left for 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way lovebirds Sumit and Jenny if they wish to really marry. Fans feel that while Sumit is not using Jenny for a green card, chances are, the traditional Indian wedding dream she harbors may not come true. Sumit's mother would try to change her son's mind about marrying Jenny. TLC viewers believe that for Jenny, switching over to the cast of 90 Day: The Single Life would be a better deal.
