Sumit Singh’s 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way partner Jenny Slatten has allegedly found herself a cool new job in India. Palm Springs resident Jenny and Sumit, from New Delhi, made their 90 Day Fiancé debut in 2019 and have become franchise regulars since then. However, despite dating Sumit for almost a decade, Jenny is still trying to get married to him. Amid many hardships faced by Jenny and Sumit, money has always been a constant problem. It is also due to financial reasons that Jenny applied to be on the TLC show as well.
Jenny’s first-ever trip to India in 2013 was a happy affair. Sumit’s mother Sahna became her best friend and also wanted Jenny to take Sumit to America and get married to him there. However, Jenny decided to relocate to India herself. On 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1 Jenny sold off her belongings including her car and home when she moved to be with Sumit and discovered was married and was keeping his wife a secret. San Diego native Jenny had quit her previous job and taken out all her 401(k) savings. She also revealed that she used to work at a Palm Springs resort, and applying for her social security early was a risk Jenny took for Sumit.
But as it turns out, being a 90 Day Fiancé star is not the only work that Jenny has been doing in India. According to Instagram blogger 90daythemelanatedway, Jenny is supposedly working as a concierge. A photo shows Jenny dressed in an Indian outfit of a long tunic and a pleated orange skirt with a mask on, and standing outside a place called Chao Chinese Bistro. The text on the photo reads, “Jenny enjoyed herself so much at this hotel that she applied for the concierge position and got the job… She has a great time greeting people…” Jenny is also tagged by the person who posted originally posted the pic on Facebook and they have also mentioned that, “Jenny looks beautiful in the hotel’s uniform but she always looks great!!”
The Chinese restaurant, Chao Chinese Bistro, is located at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Center. As per Jenny and Sumit’s storyline on 90 Day Fiancé, they appear to stay in Greater Noida located in the Gautam Budh Nagar district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Jaipur is the capital city of India’s Rajasthan state, which is about 5.25 hours or 185.3 miles away from Greater Noida via the National Highway 48. It’s likely that Jenny and Sumit were in Jaipur for a vacation, but if they’ve moved there after she allegedly got a job at Holiday Inn cannot be confirmed yet.
Regardless, many theories suggest that Jenny and Sumit have already gotten married. The only feasible option that could have prevented Jenny from coming back to the U.S. was becoming Sumit’s wife. However, Jenny may have applied for a work visa as well. It’s now speculated that 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 2 will finally have a happy ending for Sumit and Jenny. For all one knows, Jenny could have found a way to impress Sumit’s parents Anil and Sahna as well.
