Sumit and Jenny in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way

Before Jenny returned to the US on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, she said that all of the secret wife drama isn’t Sumit’s fault. In a tearful goodbye, the two parted ways, not knowing how long they will have to be apart or if they will ever see each other again.

The two lovers originally met when Summit catfished her on social media, saying he was a young model, when in reality he worked in a call center based in India. Even though he lied to Jenny then, she still made the original visit to his home country to meet him, but his parents refused to accept their relationship as he was secretly married. Many fans find it hard to believe the couple could have much in common, especially with a 30-year age gap, but it did seem as though the couple had true feelings for one another before it went downhill.

Their saga ended with Jenny bid a fond farewell to Sumit on the season finale of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Sumit was granted permission by his brother to say his final goodbye to the Palm Springs native before she boarded her plane back to the United States. He showed up at their apartment that they shared while she lived in India for the last six months to help her with her luggage, but he was not allowed to take her to the airport.

Sumit once again apologized to his girlfriend, telling her he felt bad about lying to her about being married to another woman. Jenny cried into his arms, wishing that he had told her the secret before she gave up her life and moved across the world to be with him. For now, Jenny must go back to the United States because her visa was about to expire, but she did have hope that Sumit would be able to be granted a divorce, allowing the two to be together. In her confessional, Jenny showed her support for Sumit, acknowledging that what he did was wrong - and that he knows it was wrong - but that it was not his fault. She ended her tearful segment by saying that she does not blame him and that deep down Sumit is a good guy.

Viewers were left stunned at the fact that Jenny still seemed to want to be with Sumit after all he had put her though. Throughout the season, both seemed to be over the moon in love with one another, never arguing until the truth eventually surfaced. Now, fans will have to tune into the tell-all special next week to see if Sumit was able to secure a divorce and be with Jenny.
