Some reports suggest that she cheated on him and had a relationship with a Nigerian rapper called KSlim. One of their relatives has also spread rumors that Yazan and Brittany are having sex outside of marriage, which is prohibited in Islam. Some other rumors suggest that the couple got married secretly and are now making adult videos. In the last few episodes of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Yazan firmly denied that he has slept with Brittany.
Whether it's a premarital relationship with Yazan or an extramarital relationship with KSlim, if Brittany is caught and found guilty, she may experience negative repercussions. Adultery is considered a sin under Islamic laws. According to Advocate Khoj, cheating in Islam is "equivalent to the deadliest of crimes." If Yazan and Brittany had premarital sex, then they can both be punished with 100 lashes (this means a beating with a leather instrument). If the 26-year-old reality TV star had an extramarital relationship with KSlim, Brittany Banks can be subjected to the most brutal punishment, which is death by stoning.
Laws in Jordan are a little lenient yet quite harsh for women. According to Jordanian law (via Amnesty), if Yazan finds that Brittany is unfaithful, he can complain to the authorities and register a criminal case against her. Florida native Banks can be prosecuted and possibly receive a one-year to three-year prison sentence. Nonetheless, Yazan seems quite understanding and very much in love with his American girlfriend. He might never file an official complaint against her.
