Viewers have spotted multiple red flags in Memphis and Hamza’s love cross-cultural love story already. The couple has been compared to former 90 Day Fiancé cast members Brittany Banks and Yazan Abu Horira who were also doomed from the start like Memphis and Hamza. Nurse practitioner Memphis has little to no knowledge about Hamza’s language or culture. And Hamza has been lying to Memphis about his family life in Tunisia.
Like Brittany, Memphis is a bold, self-sufficient woman, who’s admitted to footing Hamza’s bills and also paying for his future visa. Even Memphis’ mother thought it was concerning how Hamza didn’t have a job back home and was maybe wanting to be with an American woman who could take care of him. At the same time, Hamza confessed that work in the United States would pay him more and he would be able to help out his own divorced mother financially. But upon learning that they'll never get to know each other intimately before marriage, Memphis is “pissed” at Hamza.
Divorced single mom Memphis has been looking for a consistent partner for a long time and Hamza proved he could be one during their online relationship.
