Gwen, the mother of 90 Day Fiancé star Jovi Dufren, is clearing up confusion about her son's adoption, taking to Instagram to reveal that her elder son isn't adopted and he just made a joke. The "best parent" of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise also shared the history of her kid. Recently, Jovi had a Q&A session on his Instagram. One of his curious fans asked why he has a different last name than his parents. Gwen goes as Gwen Eymard on Instagram, and Jovi's father, Monty, has an IG profile with the name Monty Eymard.
Many 90 Day Fiancé fans believed Jovi's reply because they think he doesn't resemble his mother or dad. Others also remembered that Gwen recently celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary with her husband, and Jovi is 31 years old. After getting married to his Ukrainian beauty, Yara Zaya, Jovi is acting quite responsible. The 90 Day Fiancé star is now being praised for acting as a doting father to his 7-month-old baby girl, Mylah. Even though he is acting mature lately, he couldn't resist joking that he is adopted.
However, before this joke could fuel other speculation and rumors, Jovi's mother posted a video on Instagram to clear up the confusion. She captioned the video, "He's definitely ours." Gwen said that her son thinks it is "funny" to say that he is adopted. But he isn't adopted. Gwen revealed that she was married before, and Jovi was born from that first marriage.
