Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days are infamous for their riotous relationship and Gino's tendency to lie to Jasmine. 32-year-old Jasmine, from Panama, has low self-esteem and struggles to control her anger. Gino is 51 years old and doesn’t appear to learn the error of his ways. While Jasmine’s jealous attitude was clear before they met, Gino didn’t realize the severity of her issues until they met for the first time, and 90 Day Fiancé franchise couple's relationship quickly spiraled into chaos.
Most of their time on screen during season 5 revolved around Jasmine’s exploding rage as she continued to unravel Gino's web of lies. Many viewers were certain the couple wouldn’t attend the Tell-All still in a relationship. However, 90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine couldn't let Gino go, and she forgave him many times as they worked on their relationship. This only gave Gino the opportunity to reveal more of his true colors, and Jasmine discovered additional information. While there were many lies and suspicious activity on Gino’s part, there are a few instances that stick out more than others.
Paying for “Sugar Babies”
Gino’s ex sent Jasmine screenshots of their conversations, some of which occurred as Jasmine was sleeping next to him. Along with those messages, she revealed Gino paid for sugar babies. In his confessional, Gino stated he went out with them only for “dinner” and didn’t pay them much. However, at the Tell-All, Jasmine revealed there were more women than he implied and spent much more than he let on. Also, Gino and Jasmine apparently first met on a sugar baby site too, which hints that this wasn’t as long ago as he suggested.
Vacations with His Ex
Jasmine was in for a surprise when she clicked on Gino's vacation folder in his email. While there’s nothing wrong with having old travel records, Gino’s entire demeanor was suspicious as it appeared he attempted to delete information before he reluctantly handed over his phone. At first, Gino had a valid point about not remembering trips from several years ago, but it seemed unlikely since his email was well organized. It was also right at the top, which caused Jasmine to question his story, but Gino stormed off.
Lying About Revealing Pictures
The tumultuous duo’s most infamous blowup was when Gino lied about sending Jasmine’s revealing photos to his ex. Sending the intimate pictures is bad enough, but when Jasmine found out, Gino denied it. It appeared even Jasmine wasn’t convinced as she confronted him with screenshots. Gino admitted to his wrongdoing, but later tried to justify his actions by claiming it was out of “revenge” and only “topless” photos.
Alas, those are not the only lies. Off screen, Jasmine admitted Gino lied about his age, claiming to be almost eight years younger than he was. Additionally, during the Tell-All, Gino was involved in more deceptions involving his castmate Ben Rathbun’s friend Jessica, which caused viewers to think their relationship hasn’t changed. However, despite the lies, at the end of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5, 90 Day Fiancé's Jasmine and Gino are engaged. Hopefully viewers will be able to follow along with the rest of their journey in future seasons franchise spinoffs.
