Paschel has been accused of some heinous crimes, which include aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault, interference with an emergency call and vandalism. He also admitted in the last episode to dealing drugs when he was younger because his family was struggling to survive. Paschel has had a hard time keeping girlfriends and wives, all four of them, as his impulse controls have gotten the best of him.
