90 Day Fiancé star Gabriel Paboga has shared what he used to look like before starting his female-to-male transition journey, and after. The 32-year-old Florida resident currently stars in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4. Gabriel, who owns a business called GMP or Get More Proud Wear, has moved to Colombia on the TLC show to get married to his Medellin-based girlfriend, Isabel Posada. Mother of two Isabel, 34, didn’t know Gabriel was a transgender man until he revealed it to her a day after they met.

Still, Isabel found her perfect man in 90 Day Fiancé's Gabriel Paboga, making history as the first transgender cast member in the franchise. Gabriel first reposted a video he had originally shared in May 2021. Gabriel wrote, “Lil babey gabey wow this is mind blowing i never thought i would be who i am today!” in his caption.

A lot has changed in 10 years,” wrote Gabriel who sported his signature beard and tattoos over his body for the “after” image. During his introduction on The Other Way, Gabriel spoke about how hard his life has been as a trans man. “It’s not like one day you wake up and you’re like oh, you know what, I’m trans,” Gabriel felt confident to dress in men’s clothes when he was in kindergarten by looking at a cousin’s friend who dressed like a boy. Soon he started wearing basketball shorts and came out as a lesbian at the age of 16. At 22, Gabe stumbled upon a video that explained the transition process in detail, which is how 90 Day Fiancé star Gabriel decided to go ahead with the surgery.

Gabriel called himself a “whole manin his 90 Day Fiancé interview. It was because Gabriel got claimed he already got his surgery. It is possible this was Phalloplasty that Gabriel was referring to, in which a penis and a urethra are created by using tissue from the person’s forearm or thigh. Gabriel has posted pictures of his healing scar from his thigh which he got covered by a tattoo in 2022. However, during a preview for The Other Way episode 6, Gabriel is shown visiting a doctor with Isabel to discuss more surgery.

While Gabriel doesn’t mention what kind of surgery it would be, his nervously touching his chest while in conversation with his doctor suggests he is contemplating having top surgery. Gabriel has appeared topless before on The Other Way, but he may not be satisfied with the results. Gabriel says it makes him feel uncomfortable and claims he “needs” to do it even though Isabel feels he is perfect the way he is. Future episodes of 90 Day Fiancé will reveal if this decision creates friction between Isabel and him.
