Popular 90 Day Fiancé couple Yara Zaya and Jovi Dufren’s storyline about Yara wanting to stay in Germany while Jovi goes back to the U.S. has been scripted, at least according to an observant Reddit user. 27-year-old Yara moved to America on 90 Day Fiancé season 8 to get married to 32-year-old Jovi on a K-1 visa. After she unexpectedly got pregnant with Jovi’s baby, Yara’s wedding was rushed and Yara still had trouble getting used to the Louisiana life. On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7, Yara finally received her Green Card and went to Prague to meet her mother. Yara, who has been addressing the conflict between Russia and her native Ukraine on her Instagram since the start of the year, expressed a desire to help the war refugees.

This includes Yara’s friend Karina, who now resides in Garmisch Partenkirchen, a German town she escaped to from Ukraine. In a recent Happily Ever After? episode, Yara and Jovi were seen driving to Germany with Jovi’s friend Talmadge, and Yara confessed, “I feel like I should stay and help people… because I feel like I could be them.” But Reddit user u/rainbowonthemoon pointed out that when Yara and Jovi had gone to Prague and Germany in real time, they posted a few pics on Instagram which have since been archived. The fan recalls Yara writing, “I work so much but I can afford a vacation like this. It’s worth it” in one of her captions. The fan explained that “it was always vacation” for Yara, as they feel the 90 Day Fiancé star never planned on staying any longer in Germany or ending her trip there. “How do I know that? Because after Germany, they flied to Turkey to have a vacation on the Mediterranean coast,” the fan commented about Jovi and Yara.

Are 90 Day Fiancé's Jovi & Yara Still Living In New Orleans?

The fan added that Jovi and Yara had supposedly posted pictures from Antalya, which they recognized immediately since they themselves are Turkish. As per the fan, Jovi and Yara never shared any “locations for Prague and Germany.” They think it was because the couple had planned on having a relaxing trip after their shooting schedule. “When people travel overseas, they usually book everything ahead. Especially with a kid,” they continued. The 90 Day Fiancé fan agreed that while Yara did help her friends and donated to organizations, there seems to have been no truth in her wanting to stay in Germany and volunteer.

According to their latest Instagram updates, Jovi and Yara are still together and are still in America. They have been considering making a permanent move to a new state. However, it seems they continue to stay in Louisiana. While Yara has often claimed that she’s fed up with living in the “swamp,” she also made her dislike towards New Orleans known on the show. But Yara hasn’t moved to Europe, even though her heart lies in Ukraine, and her mother is in Prague.

Yara’s Ukrainian 90 Day Fiancé costar Natalie Mordovtseva’s mom was spotted in Los Angeles. But there has been no such news of Yara’s mother having moved to America. Yara’s mom might still be in Prague. And Yara herself has in all likeliness, made peace with the swamp and its “swamp water” as she claims she doesn’t need to brag about her helping her country and its people, and whatever she’s doing isn’t to garner sympathy or Instagram likes.
