Viewers of 90 Day Fiancé first met Fernanda Flores on season 6 of the popular reality TV show. 32-year-old American Jonathan Rivera had fallen head over heels for 19-year-old Fernanda while vacationing in Mexico. The big age difference between the 90 Day Fiancé couple proved to be their recipe for disaster. In spite of tons of ups and down, Fernanda and Jonathan still got married but had split even before their wedding aired on the TLC show’s finale. What is Fernanda up to now? Here are all the details!

Real estate broker Jonathan called his “child bride” a show-stopper because the world had literally stopped to stare at her when he first saw her at a club in Mexico. “No one brings the best out of me like Fernanda does,” The 90 Day Fiancé alum had said. After the meeting, Jonathan had even switched his flight so that he could stay with Fernanda for three extra days. Three months into the relationship, Jonathan proposed to Fernanda and got her K1-visa approved in February 2018. Jonathan shared with 90 Day Fiancé fans how he had spent money on her school, bought her a Jeep, and also breast implants. On reaching America, Fernanda had found a woman’s underwear in Jonathan’s dresser which lead to the 90 Day Fiancé couple’s first of many fights. “I found a lot of stuff- not just underwear. Sex toys, pictures, movies, and stuff. I realized not everything is how it seems,” the Brazilian woman had claimed on YouTube. Fernanda also revealed that Jonathan “likes to drink way too much, and wasn’t careful with money at all.” Regardless, the couple had tied the knot in May 2018 at Chicago. After about a month of not speaking to each other, the TLC couple announced their split in January 2019, right after 90 Day Fiancé’s season 6 finale episode.

The 90 Day Fiancé star Fernanda finalized her divorce in March and celebrated her new single status amidst much fanfare. Her Instagram followers saw Fernanda posing outside a courthouse in Chicago with documents in her hand and the biggest smile on her face. The “officially single” reality TV star had revealed she had a new boyfriend she was “very happy” with him in October 2019. Fernanda had earlier gone on record to claim that Jonathan has been mentally, verbally, and physically abusive to her during the marriage, shortly after he’d gone IG official with his new girlfriend, and recent fiancé Janelle. But by December 2019, Fernanda was single again as she took to her IG Stories to share the news of her split with the mystery man. "Don't wait for nobody, you don't need nobody," Fernanda, now 21, captioned the clip, which highlighted the lyrics, "And if he left, he missed it / He was late, he already got screwed” of a song called Nadie (Remix).

Reality TV fans were treated to a crossover when Fernanda spoke about sparking a romance with Bachelorette alum Clay Harbor, 32,  in the May finale of 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined. “Clay’s so hot,” she’d said while talking about having a Zoom date with the former football player from Becca Kufrin’s season. Fernanda had confessed to meeting Clay “a few months ago over social media,” as per US. They’d gone on a date to a Lakers vs. Bulls basketball game which didn’t work out so this was Clay and her giving it a second try. However, by June 2020, the Bachelor in Paradise star clarified that he was single. The 90 Day Fiancé personality hinted at moving on from Clay in July 2020, with an all-new romance. In Touch reported that Fernanda shared a photo of her with and a mystery man with an Instagram sticker on his face, and wrote “Don’t be afraid to get back up again – to try again, to love again, to live again and to dream again.” But she soon back-tracked during a Q&A when she claimed to be “single, and ready to mingle.”

Since gaining popularity on 90 Day Fiancé, Fernanda managed to gain a good social media fanbase with 397,000 followers on Instagram and a YouTube channel. With her interests in business, fashion, make-up, and fitness, she’s now an influencer based out of Chicago. Fernanda also seems to have launched a modeling career as she’s often seen posting about various brand collaborations on her feed. In 2019, Soap Dirt reported about Fernanda working as a waitress in Chicago’s Shore Club which hinted at her trying to obtain a work visa after her nasty 90 Day Fiancé split. At least she believes in hustling unlike some of her 90 Day Fiancé counterparts (Hint: Larissa.)
