Emily Bieberly has been leaving 90 Day Fiancé fans awestruck, thanks to her before and after photos, which she often reveals on Instagram. Emily, a 29-year-old from Kansas, considered herself a wild child before she landed in China and started working as an English teacher. With a few weeks left until her return to America, Emily hooked up with Kobe Blaise, 34, at a nightclub. Little did Emily and Kobe know that within the next two years, they'd not only be engaged, but welcome two children. They would also be featured on 90 Day Fiancé season 9, with millions of TLC viewers judging their every move.
From the start, Emily came across as a spoiled brat to fans, who immediately slapped her with an "unlikable" label. She was not only staying at her parents’ house after Emily came back home pregnant, but also expected her parents to pay her bills and support Kobe once he got his K-1 visa. Emily didn’t agree with Kobe’s parenting techniques, and acted stubborn on multiple occasions, especially when it came to not allowing him to drive her car. She also shocked fans by purchasing her own engagement ring. Fans have been particularly annoyed with Emily, and have wished that Kobe would break up with her multiple times. The controlling Emily and Kobe, who gets humiliated by her in almost every scene they have on 90 Day Fiancé together, are not a couple that fans think will last after the show.
However, 90 Day Fiancé celeb Emily, who does have her fair share of haters, also has plenty of people who support her, at least on Instagram. Emily has become a "mom influencer," who usually gives advice on parenting and weight loss, while defending the fact that she breastfeeds her son Koban on the show. It seems to be Emily’s weight loss content that fans are particularly addicted to, and she keeps them entertained by regularly sharing before and after photos. It was Kobe who pointed out to Emily that she gained weight after having their baby, upon his 90 Day Fiancé introduction. After that, she made it clear that she now looks very different than she did while filming season 9.
However, there’s something about Emily’s photos from before 90 Day Fiancé that seem to fascinate fans. A scroll down her Instagram feed shows many of the memorable moments that she had shared with her followers prior to becoming a reality TV star. These photos reveal the “wild child” that Emily was during her college days. Emily preferred partying over studying, and believed in the mantra, “Oh, you know, what’s a degree?” Emily shared workout photos in which she was visibly slimmer than she was on 90 Day Fiancé. A photo from 2017 shows Emily’s friends calling her a “Skinny minny!” and “HOTTIE,” while a photo from 2018 is a selfie in which Emily is showing off her “natural beauty” without any makeup on. Reality TV star Emily’s hair was also long and straightened (or curlier and shorter), giving her different vibes, when compared to the thick and side-swept locks that she wears on the show.
Emily has undergone many changes over time, as is natural. However, her current look is what she has kept well-hidden. While she does show how much weight she’s lost after giving birth to baby number two with Kobe, via mirror selfies, fans might be able to get a clearer sense of her weight loss progress during the 90 Day Fiancé season 9 Tell-All. As the season approaches its end (there are just two episodes left until the reunion), there’s little to no chance that Emily will get a redemption arc. However, 90 Day Fiancé fans are usually kind to cast members when they show positive changes. Therefore, it’s possible that Emily’s new makeover will eventually earns her unanimous praise.
