The user accused him of gaslighting Natalie and being wildly immature, as his partner had uprooted her entire life to be with him when he knew he wasn’t ready to commit to her. “Damn, he (or they) could've simply planned a visit to get to know each other better,” the user wrote, adding, “But no....best to move her across the ocean to tell her....'I don't love you.'" Other users agreed with the assessment and stated that Mike was making no effort to work on his problems with Natalie, with one stating, “Mike seems to be a major victim of the sunk cost fallacy (which is his own doing).”
Fans have been urging Mike to break up with Natalie since his feelings for her have clearly vanished, and they're frustrated that he is dragging out their relationship.
