Popular 90 Day Fiancé star Syngin Colchester's ex-girlfriend recently alleged that he was abusive to her, and concerned viewers are noticing a host of other red flags. In a show that's all about finding love at any cost, even if that means crossing oceans and requesting special permission from the government, it's quite surprising to see the large number of cast members that are being accused of abuse of some sort. Unfortunately, the allegations made against Syngin are some of the worst.

Syngin first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé season 7 with Tania Maduro. Although the duo seemed to be complete opposites (Tania creates five-year plans while Syngin is more laid-back), the two seemed to make their relationship work for four years. However, they recently ended their romance. Viewers can see Syngin on new episodes of 90 Day Fiancé: The Single Life. Recently, a Reddit post and a podcast starring an anonymous woman (she used the pseudonym Valerie) revealed some information that has viewers concerned.

In their time as stars on the show, Tania mentioned “red flags” several times, but at the time, even viewers overlooked the signs of trouble and pointed more blame towards Tania. Syngin’s friend Andrew felt the same, “She mentioned the whole time, ‘Red flags, red flags, red flags.’ Which means, you saw it. You just chose not to believe it. He was completely honest and blatant with everything. You sold yourself.” In the latest 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? episodes, Tania shared some of her concerns. After roughly seven years of working as a miner in South Africa, free-spirited Syngin wanted to try every career he could, including working as a firefighter, Hollywood actor, and opera singer, before finally settling on bartending again. As his drinking grew worse, she worried.

Tania also grew increasingly concerned about his inability to hold down a job, especially when she was recovering from a car accident. Unfortunately, Valerie claimed on The Fraudcast that Syngin's alleged alcohol abuse wasn't his only example of extreme behavior. Fans grew weary of Syngin as they saw how quick he was to jump back into the dating pool. To most, it appears that the breakup was one-sided. Regardless of their differences, Tania admitted she was reluctant to get divorced. However, there might be more about Syngin that even Tania doesn’t know.

When "Valerie" shared the alleged abuse on The Fraudcast, viewers couldn’t help but remember past scenes from 90 Day Fiancé that might’ve hinted at his ability to commit those crimes. Although Syngin seemed more carefree with Tania, she was the one who seemed to control the relationship, and that may have been why Syngin couldn’t truly commit. Unfortunately, the small red flags add up. The constant lack of communication and inability to care for his wife during her time of need shows that Syngin may not be as thoughtful or as caring as viewers originally thought. Although these allegations are daunting, Syngin has yet to make a statement. However, 90 Day Fiancé viewers are turning against him as they impatiently wait for the next chapter in this story.
