90 Day Fiancé fans are convinced Sumit is lying about his divorce to his secret wife. TLC fans have lost all trust for Sumit and feel the season will show more of his deceit.

Season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way early premiere has just arrived, and fans are so excited to see Jenny and Sumit's story to continue. Fans were a bit surprised to see the couple were giving their relationship a second chance. It came as a huge surprise to see that the couple signed on for the second season. Especially since the biggest bombshell of season 1 was when Sumit turned out to be secretly already married to a woman there in India. Fans will recall that Jenny left everything behind in her hometown of Palm Springs, California, ad flew to India to meet Sumit. She had quit her job, sold all her belongings, only to be hidden away from his family, and lied to.

Followers of Sumit and Jenny’s relationship are finding their relationship a big pill to swallow, particularly since many do not believe he is getting a divorce. During the premiere episode, it showed the Indian telling Jenny he and his wife were in the process of their divorce. Fans believe he is not telling the Palm Springs native the truth since the mutual divorce in India requires two conditions; the couple agrees and that the couple has been living apart for at least a year. To many avid TLC fans, the storyline does not add up. Jenny told the cameras that she had been back in the states for five months under the assumption that she stayed the full length of the six-month visa. That would mean that the two moved in together 11 months before filming commenced.

Fans are unsure if the Indian courts would accept that time period as when he lived with Jenny, he was technically committing adultery. Fans have also pointed out on Reddit that the reality star may not be able to pay for the fees as he was not working in the call center for six months. The Indian courts would have also forced a cooling-off period where they would require both parties to rethink their decision after a year of separation which can last up to 18 months with its purpose to be to reconcile the relationship.

It would seem very unlikely with this new evidence that Sumit is anywhere near finalizing his divorce. It looks like Jenny will be a victim of yet another outlandish lie. The season looks like it will be another cover-up storyline with Jenny already knowing full well that Sumit has not been granted a divorce, but rather just playing the cameras.
