Aside from their personalities, the way that they communicate and handle concerns is also very similar. This seems to be the reason why fans and critics look down on both Kim and Lisa.

When Lisa first arrived to meet Usman, she had one goal in mind, which was to have sex with no protection. According to Lisa, Usman has never had intercourse without a condom, and she believed unprotected sex would be like taking his virginity. However, viewers can’t help but cringe as they watch history repeat itself. Throughout season 5, Kim’s main request was to have Usman sleep in the same room. Although she claims sex isn’t the number one priority, multiple previews show a shouting Lisa demanding to know why Usman doesn’t want to have sex with her.
Jealousy Issues
Lisa could not handle Usman’s fans. She was very jealous and clingy, which led to quite a few blowups between the two. Unfortunately, Kim also has similar jealousy issues. When Usman and his friends mentioned a dinner event with Rosa Ree (a rapper who can help Usman network and increase his popularity), Kim was not happy. She was quick to believe it was a setup by Usman’s friends, which would make him realize the type of woman he should end up with. Her comments about flipping tables and causing a scene had viewers concerned for Usman.
Buying Love
When Kim first arrived, she wasted no time giving Usman his gifts. Kim surprised him with a MacBook Pro and a PS5. While these gifts were obviously very thoughtful, they were also very expensive. This caused many viewers to question the validity of the relationship, as this was their first time meeting, and Usman made it clear at the time that Kim was only “potential.”
Overall, it appears that Usman has a type. He likes older women who tend to give him a bit of trouble. Although Usman may have his own concerning habits and is believed to brainwash women, many viewers believe that he picks the wrong women, despite many obvious red flags.
