90 Day Fiancé fans are calling 29-year-old self-proclaimed cougar Kara Bass out for her seemingly fake high school reunion that aired on the show. Kara and her now-fiancé, Guillermo Rojer, currently star in 90 Day Fiancé season 9. The couple first met in the Dominican Republic, where Kara was working at the time.

Guillermo, who is originally from Venezuela, had been living in the Dominican Republic for four years before he met Kara. The pair revealed at the start of the season that they met at a bar where Guillermo worked as a waiter, and since then, they haven't looked back. They struck up a serious relationship right away, and within eight months of dating and living together, Guillermo ended up proposing to Kara, without concern for their six-year age gap.

Parts of Kara's high school reunion didn't seem to add up, leading fans to believe Kara faked her reunion so her ex-boyfriend could tell her partner Guillermo all about her past in high school. Recently on 90 Day Fiancé, Kara's 10-year high school reunion was filmed, with only a handful of people in attendance. Besides the reunion only including a few people, the party's organization, planning, and other oddities had many fans thinking the reunion was a sham, starting with her ex-boyfriend Kris. Kara and Kris weren't in the same class in high school, so fans thought Kris's appearance during the reunion seemed a bit strange since he had no reason to be there. According to a Reddit thread, one user said Kris was only there because he once dated 90 Day Fiancé season 9 newcomer Kara back in the day.

90 Day Fiancé Kara and Guillermo

anjealka said in the comments, "It was totally fake. 8 people sitting in a cafeteria drinking screwdrivers is a class reunion? Meeting up with your ex from high school to talk about sex you had 10 years ago is a good time?" Fans of 90 Day Fiancé believe the few people who actually attended the reunion were asked to be there by TLCas the network has done this before. DarceysEndlessCigAsh supported this claim by saying, "I know TLC has had people pretend in the past. There was a show filmed near me and they needed "friends" so they had an ad up at my kids high school." A week before Kara's reunion, TLC allegedly sent out messages asking people to come for the reunion. Outside Kara's ex-Kris, and TLCanother aspect of the high school reunion that raised an eyebrow amongst fans was its poor planning. The reunion didn't have a welcome committee, awards, or games. Kara's high school reunion virtually had nothing in comparison to a regular one.

One thing about 90 Day Fiancé season 9 cast members Kara and Guillermo is that they haven't had much drama surrounding them all season. They possibly tried using the reunion as a way to garner more attention; however, that didn't seem to work. As for Kara's high school reunion airing on the show, there's no proof of whether or not it was fake or real. Until fans find out the truth, they will be taking to Reddit to speculate.
