Fans of the TLC reality show 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way have donated more than $11,000 to Jihoon Lee's GoFundMe so far. The GoFundMe was launched by a fan, so Jihoon could access a good standard of legal representation. At first, no one was giving money since many people thought it was a scam. However, he eventually verified the campaign, and now, his supporters are helping him out.
Devan Clegg and Jihoon are currently embroiled in a scandal featuring some harsh abuse allegations, and a legal battle for custody of Taeyang is looming. Jihoon has hired a tough lawyer to help him win his child custody battle. The GoFundMe was established to help Jihoon handle costs associated with trying to gain custody of Taeyang. Fans are unsure of the truth behind the allegation, but new facts may come to light soon.
Jihoon has been in the media a lot lately, after finally acknowledging the GoFundMe campaign in an Instagram post. This campaign was started by a fan named Amanda Crosby. Since the show has ended, Jihoon has made it known that he was not proud of how he acted. Now, in a social media post, he is revealing how generous some fans were. Check out the post below:
Jihoon is fighting for his son's life, and fans are helping him by starting a fundraiser to help him win custody. He recently took to his Instagram to recognize his major supporter, Amanda Grayce Crosby, for swinging into action and setting up the fundraiser. In his Instagram picture, he posted a black and white still of him and Taeyang. Along with the pic, he made a statement, saying that dads also have rights when it comes to their children. As well, the reality TV star shared with fans that he would have more YouTube content coming out soon. After a quick check of his site, fans could see that he had been given $11,310 to help with his legal fees.
Since it is an international custody case, 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way alum Jihoon needed to obtain a lawyer based in Utah to represent him. TLC fans have not been given any more information about the accusations against him, but Deavan is adamant that something happened to her daughter. Time may reveal the truth, and will likely reveal who wins in court. Deavan has yet to comment, except to say that she has been advised not to speak about the pending case. She continues moving forward with her new life and new Korean boyfriend, whom many fans consider an upgrade.
