At the time, Angela had some breathing problems, which pushed her to opt for gastric sleeve surgery, and lose over 100 pounds.
In 2022, Angela returned to the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off season 7. During the season, she showcased major relationship problems with Michael. Many fans thought that she showed signs of a short temper and other psychological issues. In the last few weeks, the 56-year-old reality star erratically tore Michael's car apart, had loud arguments with him, and acted abusive towards him. Recently, she appeared at the Tell All, and lashed out at all 90 Day Fiancé cast members who criticized her.
Angela Deem Could Be Living With COPD
While Angela showed issues throughout her last appearance on the show, fans also think that she's suffering from a critical health condition. According to a Reddit thread (via Amyzerz), Angela may suffer from COPD, as she displayed symptoms during the recent Tell All. A Redditor claimed, "I could tell she was struggling to breathe and I'm pretty sure I heard her wheeze." The fan added that Angela's voice didn't project as loudly as it historically has, which makes them wonder if she might have COPD, and will show up with an, "oxygen tank" next time.

On the same thread, someone wrote, "I feel she already has it but not diagnosed yet," adding that they were very convinced that she had the disease. Still, most 90 Day Fiancé Redditors seem to have no concern for Angela's health, due to her terrible attitude at the latest Tell All. Fans want to her to go far away from reality TV, and never return to the 90DF franchise. Through the months, viewers have grown tired of seeing Angela's same old storyline, and feel that she wants attention more than anything else. That's why they have no sympathy for her visibly deteriorating health condition. Fans also didn't feel sorry for Angela when she learned about Michael cheating on her, as her actions on the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off have been much worse.
