90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days' Darcey is being warned by Tom's sister Emma to not mess with her brother's heart. Then threatens that if she does break his heart, there will be consequences for it.
Darcey is trying her hand at long-distance love again on 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. On season 1 and 2 of the series, Darcey traveled all the way from Connecticut to meet her much younger long-distance boyfriend, Jesse Meester, all the way in Amsterdam. The rocky relationship fell apart and have since parted ways before the engagement. That's around the time she started talking to posh London native Tom. Darcey is sure that she found "the one" and is doing everything she can to get that ring on her finger before she had to leave England.
After Darcey had to cancel going on a romantic trip with Tom to Gran Canaria off the coast of Spain, she and Tom flew to Albania to meet with Darcey's twin sister, Stacey, and her Albanian boyfriend, Florian. After Darcey told Stacey that she thinks she's purposefully sabotaging her relationship with Tom, the twin's fight turned from tense to awkward one they got Tom involved in the mix. The bickering sisters went their separate ways as Stacey headed back with Tom to Nottingham for a week to meet his family. Despite the fact that Tom had been ignoring Darcey for the last night while in Albania because he got tired of the sisters bickering, he said that it was good to know what he's getting himself into in terms of a long term relationship with Darcey.
Once in Nottingham, Tom decides to rent an Airbnb because of the fact that he lives next door to his opinionated sister, Emma. Tom expressed his concerns that Darcey would have an emotional outburst like she did while in Albania with her sister in front of his family. However, Darcey said that it would never happen. Once Darcey and Tom are sat across from his sister, Emma at the table. Tom's sister leads the questions and the judgments fly. To the producers, Emma made remarks about Darcey's over-the-top look. Then, to her face, warned her, "You'll never hurt my brother. I'll never accept it or allow it. Be warned."
It seems that between all of the familial drama, the two are being faced with the reality of being in a long-term relationship together. It remains to be seen if the couple will be able to stand the pressures and drama or if they'll call it quits before Darcey gets her fairytale engagement. Hopefully, the sister drama will be behind them.
