Emily Bieberly and Kobe Blaise from 90 Day Fiancé season 9 shared a baby update after finding out they were pregnant in episode 13. Kobe and Emily met in China when she was working as an English teacher and he was an underwear model. Emily approached Kobe at a nightclub and a one-night stand turned into a relationship. A quick proposal later, Emily found out she was having Kobe’s baby, whom she welcomed after returning to America in July 2019. Owing to visa issues and the COVID-19 pandemic, Kobe saw his firstborn, Koban, after almost two years in 2021. Emily and Kobe didn’t waste any time in making a baby sibling for Koban right after his arrival.
Before Kobe came to the United States, Emily’s father, David, warned her about not getting pregnant again. David was already financially responsible for Emily and Koban as well as for Kobe since he wouldn't have been able to work legally for six months. Emily promised her dad that she won’t have any more kids in his house but also announced that while she was on birth control she wasn’t taking it. As expected, Emily ended up expecting a new baby with Kobe as revealed in Sunday’s episode. Emily took Kobe to a drugstore and took two tests, only for both to give her a positive result.
The 90 Day Fiancé couple worried about how they would break the news to Emily’s family amidst their financial crisis and upcoming wedding. Fans are aware that the show is not filmed in real time, and Emily may have found out she’s going to be a mom for the second time sometime last year. But as contracts wouldn't allow her to show her baby’s face just yet, Emily posted ultrasound images of her new baby with Kobe. Emily used the song “When I Pray For You” by Dan + Shay in her Instagram Reel announcement as she wrote, “Secret's out!” Emily wrote that their family is “growing,” and they are all “so excited.”
In the video, Koban sat wearing a T-shirt that says, “Promoted to big brother,” and had the sonogram photo strip by his side. Fans wished Emily and Kobe all the best for their journey into parenthood again as they wrote, “Congrats on the latest addition.” Some fans sympathized with Emily since it was a hard secret for her to keep. Regardless, Emily is keeping an even bigger secret, which is the fact that her second baby with 90 Day Fiancé partner Kobe is a girl and that she’s rumored to be about 4 months old. Emily and Kobe were photographed with their baby daughter in New York after they filmed the 90 Day Fiancé season 9 Tell-All in mid-June.
During the episode, Kobe spoke about how he insisted that Emily not take her contraceptive and that she had told him she wasn’t ovulating when they had sex. Kobe didn’t use protection himself and relied on the “pull out” method, which clearly failed. Fans are annoyed with both Emily and Kobe for having no money and no plans but another kid on the way even before they get married on 90 Day Fiancé. However, Emily and Kobe do seem to be together, living a happy life in 2022, according to their Instagram updates. Fans may continue mocking them, but they’re also excited to meet Kobe and Emily’s little girl, who might just get a 90 Day Fiancé baby special closer to the finale.
