Amid rumors of another pregnancy, controversial 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Deavan Clegg revealed she suffered a second miscarriage with her boyfriend, Christopher "Topher" Park, in April 2021. The mom of two previously had a miscarriage when she got pregnant with her second child with her reality TV partner, Jihoon Lee. Deavan revealed the tragic news that she lost the baby with Jihoon in October 2019. Since then, her marriage to Jihoon fell apart and Deavan moved on with Topher, sparking controversy as Jihoon claimed she was keeping their son, Taeyang, from him.

The drama of Deavan and Jihoon's relationship recently died down. Rather than attacking Jihoon online, Deavan focused on showing off her children and her new relationship. But earlier this week, rumors emerged claiming Deavan was pregnant again. Text messages allegedly sent by Deavan were shared online. In the messages, Deavan admitted to another pregnancy and threatened to get her lawyer involved after Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Eason leaked the news. While fans have speculated that Deavan was pregnant again for months, the reality star continued to deny the claims. Now, emerging news of a miscarriage explains why Deavan has been tight-lipped about her pregnancy.

According to Us WeeklyDeavan's publicist, Lindsay Feldman, confirmed the news of Deavan's second miscarriage. Deavan lost the baby in April 2021 at just nine weeks. "This is a private matter that she is grieving over with the support of Chris and her family by her side," Lindsay said of the tragic news. Deavan herself hasn't yet commented on the miscarriage directly, but she did address the drama surrounding the leaked news of her pregnancy. In a message reposted by blogger John Yates, Deavan said she was "hurting right now" and didn't want to speak on the situation. She continued on to say, "I trusted someone with something precious and it was broken."

In a video posted on his YouTube channel, John Yates provided more information on the situation. John explained that Deavan was involved in a podcast called Girl Sh*t with Jenelle and social media influencer Gabbie Egan, among many other women. After Jenelle initially leaked the pregnancy, Gabbie took to her YouTube and Instagram to confirm Deavan was pregnant and had been open about her situation on the set of the podcast. The comments from both Jenelle and Gabbie forced Deavan to release a statement on the news, perhaps before she was ready.

As a reality TV star, much of Deavan's life is open to public consumption. However, dealing with the loss of two children in two years is likely painful, and the young mom probably wants to grieve the loss without the world watching her. She mistakenly trusted certain people with the news of her pregnancy, only to have that sensitive information leaked to the public. While fans are often split on Deavan, it's clear she deserves the opportunity to mourn the tragic loss of her baby in whatever way she wants to. Hopefully, fans will allow her the chance to do that.
