Deavan Clegg hasn't appeared in the franchise since 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 2, but she is still being called a villain by online commenters. Deavan notoriously appeared on The Other Way seasons 1 and 2 with her then-partner Jihoon Lee. The mother of three has dealt with several recent struggles, though many fans are still not fond of Deavan.

There are many 90 Day Fiancé franchise villains that have cropped up over the course of the show. 90 Day Fiancé's Deavan is a consistent fan pick for most-loathed franchise cast member. The mother moved to South Korea to marry Jihoon after their first encounter with each other resulted in her being pregnant with her second child, Taeyang. Deavan and Jihoon split after facing lies and money issues. She has since moved on to have her third child with her boyfriend Christoper Park, while she is now dealing with Taeyang fighting childhood cancer. Though viewers are fully rooting for young Taeyang, they have shared the many reasons why Deavan is considered a villain in the extended franchise even after being off-air for years.

Deavan Clegg Is Being Called Out By 90 Day Fiancé Fans

Reddit user u/HelloJessicka started a thread about Deavan being a 90 Day Fiancé franchise villain. "I started watching 90df the other way.. so far, I hate her. I don’t know if I have a legitimate reason but she rubs me the wrong way," the user admitted. Numerous commenters weighed in to share that Deavan is considered a massive villain. "She never gets better either," one user shared. "She pouts and frowns so much, when she smiles, it seems weird. She has a perma frown. And the complaining! My god , the complaining," a viewer complained about Deavan. "According to her and her terrible mom, EVERYTHING is Jihoons fault," another viewer said to defend Jihoon.

Elicia Clegg Is A 90 Day Fiancé Villain As Well

While plenty of 90 Day Fiancé fans shared why Deavan is considered a franchise villain, commenters were also quick to share that there was a bigger villain in her storyline. Though Deavan was notoriously fond of blaming Jihoon for everything, users called out her mother Elicia Clegg for being the biggest villain in the storyline. "Just wait til you meet her mom.." one user cautioned. Some users still weren't over Jihoon being blamed by Deavan and Elicia for Drascilla's wild behavior. "I think what did it for me is when the kid took off running into the street and Jihoon was immediately blamed for it," an angry viewer wrote.

Although the storyline between Deavan and Jihoon led to both Deavan and Elicia being introduced as major 90 Day Fiancé franchise villains, there was one bright point to the plot line for many viewers. Fans largely cited the translator app that Jihoon used as the highlight of their two-season run, as it was notorious for its hilarious translation fails. The communication issues caused by Jihoon's faulty app are considered peak comedy in the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season. While fans have loudly requested that Deavan doesn't return to the franchise, some would be interested in following up with Jihoon and his life after their split.
