Popular 90 Day Fiancé cast member David Toborowsky has lost so much weight that he now fits into wife Annie Suwan’s clothes. Annie, from Thailand, met Kentuckian David while she was singing at a karaoke bar. The divorced dad, who was still recovering from his past, fell in love with Annie so hard and fast that he proposed to her within ten days of meeting her. Marrying Annie came at a cost to David, who, while dealing with financial issues, had to pay her family a dowry of $15,000, over $6,000 worth of gold, and two water buffalo. Besides, the age gap of 24 years between them made fans wonder if they’d end up staying together.
Since fans met the iconic 90 Day Fiancé duo, David and Annie have broken many stereotypes. Not only are they still married, but David and Annie are also one of the franchise’s biggest successes. During the pandemic, the couple gained popularity for staring in Pillow Talk and 90 Day: Foody Call. Their tongue-in-cheek humor, puns, and naughty chemistry won fans over, so much so that they also featured in their own spin-off, David and Annie: After the 90 Days. While David and Annie don't want kids of their own, they flew to Thailand to navigate the adoption process of Annie’s 14-year-old brother, Jordan, and her 16-year-old cousin, Amber. It was during this trip that David got a wake-up call to lose weight and focus on his health.
Recently, Annie has been David’s biggest cheerleader as she often posts about her “potato king” and his weight-loss transformation. In her latest Instagram video, Annie was seen handing over her pair of leggings to David and asking him to change into them. David gladly accepted them and wore the black pants with his black tee, and they fit him just right. An overjoyed Annie asked her 90 Day Fiancé husband to spin around as she exclaimed, “show me your a**, wow.” She asked David if the trousers were stretchy and asked him to squat.
David did so without hesitation, with Annie telling him, “that’s amazing. I’m so proud of you.” In her caption, Annie asked her 845k-plus followers if it’s a good sign that David can now wear her clothes effortlessly. “But what about me?? LOL,” Thai chef Annie asked 90 Day Fiancé fans. In her comments, David told his queen, “I am trying my love.” Fans were awestruck by David’s dedication to his fitness goals. Besides commenting on how they are such a great couple, TLC viewers congratulated David and asked him to keep up the amazing work. Someone also complimented David by writing that he looked 10 years younger.
Former English teacher David first revealed his weight loss in December 2021 in a similar video on Annie’s Instagram. David showed fans a pair of jeans from three years ago that were too small for him. These pants that he wasn’t able to zip up for years now looked gigantic when held next to his slimmer torso. David soon revealed that this was him after having dropped ten pant sizes, from exercising and eating a low-carb diet.
