David Toborowsky of 90 Day Fiancé comes down hard on Varya Malina and Geoffrey Paschel following Geoffrey's sentencing. The Knoxville resident was convicted of aggravated kidnapping and domestic assault of his former fiancée in October 2021. His sentencing hearing was supposed to take place on December 3, 2021, but it was postponed to February 3, 2022. While Geoffrey was incarcerated, his girlfriend Varya kept their followers informed about his well-being. She told 90 Day Fiancé viewers that Geoffrey was using this time to slow down and focus on the most important things in his life.

While some of Varya and Geoffrey's loyal followers prayed for them and their reunion, others called out Varya for weaponizing her social media platform to paint a convicted criminal in a good light. The year changed, but the jury and judge's perception of Geoffrey didn't. Although Geoffrey tried his best to convince the judge to go easier on him, he was sentenced to 18 years without parole for the heinous crime he committed on June 9, 2019. After Geoffrey's sentencing hearing, Varya posted a video about him and his youngest son, who passed away in 2018.

While many 90 Day Fiancé stars avoid sharing opinions about Varya and Geoffrey on social media, David openly blasted the couple. In an Instagram post by 90dayfiancenow related to Geoffrey's sentencing, David cheerfully wrote justice was served. He continued, "The judge was spot on as far as Varya I find it deplorable to make money off of the reel she posted about a dead child and a convicted abuser." David understands that the final judgment may have hurt Varya, but he thinks that the former radio presenter should be happy for the victims who finally got justice. He added, "Sorry not sorry 18 means life to others."

When a few critics replied in support of Geoffrey, David quickly shot them down by commenting, "It wasn't one woman who accused him. There is a pattern." The Arizona resident argued that if Geoffrey looked like Colt Johnson or Gino Palazzolo, his followers wouldn't consider supporting him. David also claimed that the former 90 Day Fiancé cast member doesn't have remorse for his behavior.

While other stars like to stay away from any controversy, it is interesting to see David bravely slam this notorious 90 Day Fiancé couple. Geoffrey's victims would be glad to receive his support. Even though Geoffrey has been sentenced to 18 years in prison, Varya is still standing by him. She doesn't respect the judicial system and is planning to appeal her beau's case. It is infuriating as well as sad because she keeps overlooking the pain her boyfriend has inflicted on other women. 90 Day Fiancé viewers think Varya is now trying to play the victim to gain sympathy on social media.
