90 Day Fiancé star Darcey Silva opened up regarding what she thinks about the fact that her ex-boyfriend Jesse Meester is now dating Tim Malcolm's ex-girlfriend Jeniffer Tarazona. Darcey and Jesse were together previous to 90 Day Fiancé but met in person when Darcey left America to see Jesse in Amsterdam on the show. They publicly criticized one another following their split. Now that Jesse has gotten together with 90 Day Fiancé star Jeniffer, Darcey has a few thoughts to share on the matter.
When Darcey and Jesse first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé, Darcey left behind her life in the United States in order to be with Jesse in Amsterdam, an especially daunting task for a mother of two children. After being on the show, viewers noted that Jesse seemed to be controlling towards Darcey. After the two broke things off, Darcey landed her own spin-off called Darcey and Stacey in which she appeared alongside her twin sister and showcased her new relationship with Tom Brooks. Unfortunately, things with Tom went south as well, though things between them have been far less sour than they were between Darcey and Jesse. Upon catching wind of the spin-off with Tom, Jesse took to social media to call out the reality star, claiming that she had been manipulative and abusive, and even owed him money. More recently, Jesse began seeing Jeniffer, who originally appeared on 90 Day Fiancé with Tim. It has been rumored that Jesse and Jeniffer may be tying the knot soon.
The Darcey and Stacey star told ET that she is not particularly surprised at Jesse's relationship with Jeniffer. Darcey explained that it's not far-fetched that Jesse would date another star from a 90 Day Fiancé franchise, considering he has done so before, saying, "I wasn't surprised. That's Jesse's style. And, of course, it had to be a past cast member as well from Before the 90 Days as well." Despite the couple's hard feelings for one another in the past, Darcey noted that she did, at one time, have feelings for Jesse and that she is accepting of his life choices beyond their time together, saying, "I loved him. I respect Jeniffer."
Darcey added that whatever the new couple wants to do is purely up to them and no one else, saying, "It's their life. As long as they're happy and in love and doing it for real, and not for the show or anything like that, I think it's great. More power to them." Darcey expressed the importance of being genuine in regard to her own life, taking some time to discuss Darcey and Stacey season 3. "Being vulnerable, we're okay with that. And being real and authentic, that's who we are. We're not going to change that," said the TLC star. Darcey stated that she is happy to be able to share her life with her fans and that she hopes she is able to inspire viewers, adding, "If we can change one person's life through what we do and what we show through our lives and it helps others, it's definitely worth it in the end."
The 90 Day Fiancé stars certainly seem to have been through the wringer and then some when it comes to finding love. While the former couple has thrown digs at each other since their breakup, it appears that Darcey doesn't have hard feelings towards Jesse about the situation currently. It is unclear whether or not Jesse will have more to say about Darcey's love life in the future, but considering there are hints that Jesse and Jeniffer may soon be marrying, it seems unlikely that Jesse will comment on Darcey's future romantic partners unless explicitly asked to discuss the topic.
