After getting out of the ill-fated marriage with Colt Johnson, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Larissa Dos Santos Lima focussed on her dream to look like a "blowup doll." As she says that her transformation is almost over, let's look at how much she had spent.
In the last few episodes of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Larissa shares her desire to have bigger breasts and a slimmer nose with her boyfriend, Eric Nichols. And within no time, the couple is at Dr. Lane Smith, a plastic surgeon's clinic, for a consultation. The Brazilian beauty explained to her doc, "When I look at the blowup dolls, like, big boobs, small waist, big lips, I started to feel pretty." She added, "the nose is the worst thing I need to change to be a perfect doll."
In February 2019, the mommy of two first decided to get a boob job and opted for silicone breast implants and went from 34A to a 34DD. Yes, she went for quite a big size! According to many sources, the cost of breast enhancement surgery would have been somewhere between $5,000 and $10,000. Along with the boob job, the 34-year-old reality star had a nose job to make it look sleeker—the cost of rhinoplasty is between $3,500 and $6,500. Then in October, the 90 Day Fiancé star appeared on Instagram with her "balloon lips." The pictures hint that either she has got lip fillers or lip implants, which would have cost her $500 to $2,000.
But it wasn't just breast enhancement, lip and nose job for Larrissa; she had more body modifications in mind. She said, "My next goal is to get a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift. Once we drink the wine of the plastic surgery, we start to find things that we can fix, we can change, you know? And once I tried, I don't want to stop." In August 2020, Larissa went for more surgeries and gave herself an early birthday gift. This time around, the surgeries took seven hours. The TLC star underwent liposuction on her abs and waist. TMZ reports that her doctor removed more than 3 pounds of fat from her hips and waist. And that was transferred to her butt and cheek. As she had liposuction in two treatment areas, it would have cost her around $6,500. Then a fat transfer surgery was probably worth $7,500-$12,500.
On top of all the surgeries, Colt's ex-wife also got botox, lip fillers, and laser facials at the Center For Aesthetic Medicine, which could have cost her about $5000. When all was done, Larissa seemed quite happy with the results. She said, "I lose weight. I did butt to make it bigger. I did botox. I did my nose. I did my lips. I did my cheekbones. I did my chin. I am a new woman and I feel very happy." The additional modifications on her chin and cheek can be around $6500. So, all in all, the new look of Larissa is worth somewhere about $50,000. And she must have done some other secret modifications because she revealed the total cost of the makeover to be $72K. Oh, boy!
