90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? fans were shocked by Colt Johnson's revelation that he has a crush on his friend Vanessa Guerra. While he is planning to visit his girlfriend Jess Caroline in Brazil, he said that he has slept with Vanessa once. So, what is keeping him from dating his best friend, who is also his mother's first choice as a daughter-in-law? Well, the answer lies with Vanessa.
The reality star met Vanessa, just like he met all of his girlfriends. They found an instant connection and were living together at one point in time. Jess is jealous of Colt's closeness with Vanessa. Well, she should be as Colt confirmed that he had an intimate relationship with her once. To make his new relationship work, he lied to Jess that he won't talk to Vanessa but then went on to invite her to his house for dinner. While the mother-son duo would be in Brazil, Vanessa will take care of their cats. Colt says that his best friend Vanessa has been in his life before Jess, implying that he values her more than a new girl. So, if they are such good friends, then why don't they just be with each other? We know for a fact, Colt's mother, Debbie, would be the happiest with this relationship.
While talking to Soap Dirt, Vanessa revealed that she never dated Colt as it was difficult for her to take him seriously. She feels that Colt "is not happy with himself" and that it "breaks" her heart to see that. She might not be his romantic partner, but she said he is "always going to be family" to her. She also revealed the type of man she goes for, which "will always be the bearded tattooed men." Obviously, Colt is not what she desires in her boyfriend. Apparently, she tried to look past Colt's appearance, but eventually, "couldn't."
She is now in a relationship with another man and claims that the Las Vegas native is jealous, and that's why he keeps on following/unfollowing her on social media. We are not sure if Colt is insecure or not, but we think Jess is going to find out about his dinner with Vanessa, and things between them can be pretty messy. Reports suggested that their relationship was short-lived, and now Jess is dating someone new.
Allegedly, Colt's ex-wife is also back with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Eric Nichols. Just a while back, we're surprised to know that the software engineer has three beautiful women in his life, but now it looks like he's single again.
