The latest season of 90 Day Fiancé has quite a few couples with fascinating plotlines, and one of those pairs is Brandon Gibbs and Julia Trubkina. Shy Brandon and feisty Russian Julia remind a lot of TLC fans of Colt Johnson and Larissa Lima, especially owing to the “mama’s boy” angle. However, Colt was a Las Vegas lad, and Brandon’s life in Dinwiddie, Virginia, is very different. It does come with challenges for city girl Julia, as she will now have to live on a farm. As it turns out, the 90 Day Fiancé’s star’s home is called Hummingbird Acres and it's actually not that obscure. He lives there with his parents Ron and Betty.

After meeting go-go dancer and fitness enthusiast Julia via a friend’s video call, Brandon, 27, wasted no time flying straight to Russia to see his first-ever girlfriend. While the 90 Day Fiancé star’s parents would have preferred that he dated someone off farmer’s Tinder instead, it's doubtful that his selfie with a baby goat would have gotten Brandon much love. When their only son started dating a foreigner, Betty had trust issues. She worried that Julia, 26, was in it for the Green Card, especially since Brandon had spent over $10k on her already. Then, there was the fact that Brandon and Julia would have to sleep in separate rooms. The couple would need to follow Betty's rules because it's her house. It's probable that 90 Day Fiancé fans will see Julia show a grumpier version of her sweet self while dealing with her future in-laws, but fans are more excited about seeing her live The Simple Life-style, like Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. After all,  TLC’s Gibbs family does quite a few interesting things on the “small family farm” in Virginia.

During his 90 Day Fiancé season 8 introduction, Brandon had spoken about helping his parents on their farm before going to his pest control job. “My parents run a dog-breeding kennel. It’s a lot of work, but the plan has always been that one day I’ll take over the family business,” Brandon had revealed. As per the Hummingbird Acres Farm website, the Gibbs also raise “all-natural, pastured Katahdin Lambs, Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Registered Kune Kune Pigs, Registered American Guinea Hogs, and Poultry,” apart from breeding, “European Imported German Shepherd Dogs and adorable little ‘monkey-faced’ Brussels Griffons.” The website also mentions how 90 Day Fiancé’s Brandon’s farm was established in 1998, and the page gets visitors from all over the world. See the post below:

According to the Hummingbird Acres Facebook page, the business is open by appointment only. Betty and Ron seem to have been promoting the farm’s 90 Day Fiancé appearance on Facebook. It's possible that being on reality TV will help Brandon boost his future business as he settles down with Julia.

Speaking of which, the 90 Day Fiancé season 8 trailer teased that Brandon and Julia may be expecting a baby in spite of Betty’s awkward contraceptive conversations. How exactly would this affect Julia’s relationship with Betty and Ron? Would she agree to stay on the farm after having a baby? Questions like this keep 90 Day Fiancé fans tuning in.
