Biniyam Shibre is a 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way alum who was spotted wearing a ring while doing a recent interview about Ariela. TLC fans are curious about exactly what is going on with the couple, who have a son named Aviel.
Fans last saw the couple as Ariela Weinberg's mother Janice revealed that she didn't believe in her daughter's relationship. Janice felt that Ariela and Biniyam would break up someday. Biniyam has not sold his Ethiopian lifestyle to Ariela's American family, and her parents believed it was time for Ariela to go back to America. To TLC fans, it appeared that the couple lacked support from Ariela's family and Biniyam's family. The couple often clashed about cultural differences, and compromises were few and far between. In the end, Ariela went back to New Jersey with their son.
While Biniyam was talking on The Domenick Nati Show, fans believed that he was still living in Ethiopia since his Internet kept cutting out. The Ethiopian revealed that he would one day like to have a baby girl. However, it was the piece of jewelry on his finger that caught the host's attention and captivated 90 Day Fiancé fans. Immediately, Nati asked the TLC star why he was wearing a wedding ring, but Biniyam revealed that it was not a wedding band. He said it was an engagement ring. Fans have been questioning if the couple was engaged, and finally, the 90 Day Fiancé star said, "yah, we're engaged." The young man proudly held up his hand during the Instagram Live session, to show off his bling. He explained that he wears a ring on the right finger because of his culture. However, there is no evidence within the Ethiopian culture that this is true, as most Ethiopian men wear such rings on their left hands. They only move their rings to their middle fingers when they are in search of a mate. Biniyam said he wears it "for Ari."
The language barrier was difficult for the host to get through. It seems like Biniyam didn't understand sometimes, or had a bad Web connection. Oddly enough, Biniyam from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way ended the video stream, typing that he had never agreed to do interviews. The conversation was somewhat comical, and it is safe to say that the father of two will probably not agree to talk to the host again anytime soon.
