Former 90 Day Fiancé cast member Big Ed revealed the shocking news that his pet dog Teddy has died. Many viewers saw the little star Teddy with Ed on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days and 90 Day: The Single Life. The San Diego native always referred to Teddy as his best friend, and he used to take him everywhere. The former photographer has been quite disrespectful toward ladies, but he always loved his pet. Ed once mentioned that he used to talk to his dog, and he couldn't imagine his life without him.
A month ago, Ed told 90 Day Fiancé fans that his pet has benign cysts on the top of his head and neck, so he had to undergo surgery. After the procedure, Ed recorded Teddy, who was wearing a cute dinosaur outfit. The dog didn't react much in the video, but the 90 Day Fiancé star Ed said Teddy was resting and healing well. At the time, the TLC star said that Teddy was taking medicine and eating baby food. He said that his pet would be fine soon, and fans could see him in Cameo videos.
However, Teddy died just a month after the operation. Ed posted a video to explain what actually happened to Teddy and how he died. Ed went to Los Angeles to do a comedy show, and Teddy was with him. After Ed came back to his hotel room, his dog stopped eating food and his arthritis medicine. He was panting heavily, and Ed knew that something was wrong. But, they went to sleep, and an hour later, Teddy passed away. Ed wrapped Teddy in a towel and drove back to San Diego. When he pulled outside the vet's office, Teddy didn't scream like he used to.
At that moment, Rosemarie Vega's ex Ed learned his best buddy was actually gone. He posted a bunch of happy pictures of Teddy and thanked fans for sending messages and flowers. A fan remembered Ed's dog and wrote, "When u came back from the Philippines and ur mom and Teddy were waiting for u at the airport, when he saw u, he was super excited."
