Controversial Big Ed Brown from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise has found a ridiculous new way to make a living in 2022, which shocked his Instagram followers after his official announcement involving Liz Woods. Edward Allen Brown AKA Big Ed caught the attention of reality TV viewers after his debut on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 4. The 56-year-old claimed he was in love with Philippines native Rosemarie “Rose” Vega, 23, who he used to chat with online. Before Rose, Big Ed was married for two years, but it ended in divorce because he was unfaithful. Big Ed’s relationship with Rose also ended when she dumped him.

Soon Big Ed moved on to Liz Woods, another single mother in her 20s who he’s now planning on getting married to on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7. However, it’s not been a smooth sailing journey for Big Ed and Liz either, as the couple has already broken up and gotten back together eight times. Big Ed’s family is suspicious of Liz’s intentions, and his mom and daughter have distanced themselves from him. At the same time, Big Ed shows no signs that he genuinely cares about Liz and her feelings. She recently confided in a friend about how he mocks her weight gain by making hurtful comments about how she should go back to being a smaller size by looking at her throwback pics.

Considering fans learned about Big Ed’s abusive behavior and body-shaming of his wife-to-be Liz just recently on Happily Ever After?, his offering dating advice to make money is something they are not supporting. Big Ed posted a video using the song “Mr. Clean” by Yung Gravy in which he shared several professionally shot photos of himself in a waistcoat, shirt, and jeans outfit. The look was new for Big Ed, which pleasantly surprised fans, but what he wrote in the video was not impressive at all to them. “I’m Slyde. Slyde with a ‘Y’ cause I like to slyde into people’s DMs,” Big Ed wrote in the video. He added a picture of an annoyed-looking Liz saying “no” which was followed by a picture of the 90 Day Fiancé star showing off her engagement ring where he wrote, “JK… it worked.” The video ended with the text, “This is your sign to request dating tips from Big Ed.

In his caption, Big Ed claimed that he “got this girl” because he’s got “one liners for days.” But in the comments, 90 Day Fiancé fans asked, “what did I just watch” and “Dating advice?!?!?! Ummm..” Commenters wrote they won’t take dating advice from Big Ed even if they were paid to do so. They added that, in fact, no one should want any dating advice from Big Ed at all. Someone added that 90 Day Fiancé star Big Ed got the girl because she wants to be on TV. Another accused Big Ed of being an expert at giving “grooming advice.” They wrote how it’s simple, as one just needs to find a young woman with low self-esteem issues, and like Ed they can make her feel like “nobody else would ever want her!

Fans are showing Big Ed no mercy after his Cameo promotion. While he may have thought of it as a clever idea, it has clearly backfired for the 90 Day Fiancé celeb. Liz hasn’t said anything about the video either. Fans continue to wonder if they are even a real couple, or if Big Ed really did get the girl because she enjoys her 15 minutes of fame.
