Dressed in protective gear as she decorates a delicious-looking cake, Rose can be seen in her usual bubbly avatar, but with a completely new look. The internet sensation, as many fans assumed earlier has, however, not indulged in any plastic surgery treatments unlike some of her TLC co-stars.
