Ben posted the "8 reasons why [he's] not a serial killer," starting with the assertion that being a serial killer takes a "lot of negative energy," and the fitness enthusiast prefers to surround himself with positive energy. He also stated that he would not be able to be a good father to his children if he were a serial killer, due to the "weird hours."
