90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star, Asuelu is struggling with not being the man of the house. Asuelu’s customs are not helping him adapt to the American way of parenting.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After viewers are confused as to why new father, Asuelu is not helping raise his children, making Kalani take over. Asuelu and Kalani are back and having a rough time with their two little boys under the age of two. Last fans saw the couple they were getting their marriage back on track only to find out they were expecting. Cameras met back up with the duo as Asuelu as working in a frozen yogurt shop.

On the season premiere, Kalani’s strict father and mother also moved in with them to be able to lend a helping hand. The mother of two revealed that she felt her husband was not helping at all when it came to raising their children. According to her, all Asuelu does is go to work, play volleyball, or come home and play video games. She revealed that if something doesn’t give, she would think about leaving. Asuelu’s father-in-law decided to have a man to man talk that missed the mark for Asuelu as he revealed to the cameras that he did not apricate the chat as playing volleyball is the only activity that makes him feel less homesick.

The Samoa native also revealed that back on the island the women take care of the house and children while the men work hard. He told cameras that with his in-laws moving in, it felt as if he was not the man of the island anymore because now his elders were running the show. The reality star again went to volleyball practice where he confided in his teammates that he wanted to make a trip back to his home so his family could meet baby Kennedy. He was not sure how his wife would take the news as the trip was very expensive.

Fan's hearts broke for Asuelu as he tried to explain why he needed volleyball as a part of his American life. But he does need to find a balance because he is not living in his home country and in Utah it is expected that he helps equally with the children. Viewers are hoping that the two can work it out before their marriage hits a rough patch.
