90 Day Fiancé's Ashley Martson wanted ex-husband Jay Smith deported after his cheating scandal, and she may be getting her revenge now that Jay has been arrested and is facing deportation. After their dramatic relationship took several unexpected turns, Jay is now awaiting trial and will likely return to Jamaica.

Ashley and Jay were initially featured on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé after the two met when Ashley was in Jamaica for a friend’s wedding. They eventually married in the spring of 2018 in Las Vegas, and just days after their wedding, Ashley discovered that Jay had sent messages to women on Tinder. At the end of their first 90 Day Fiancé season, Ashley was already having reservations about filing Jay's green card paperwork due to the issues regarding his loyalty. Audiences have been following the couple on season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, where it was revealed that Jay had sex with another woman while married to Ashley. When Ashely found out about Jay's infidelity, she then proceeded to pack up his clothes in trash bags, call the cops when he returned to her house, and on the latest episode, served Jay with divorce papers that Jay had refused to sign on camera.

According to In TouchJay was able to enter the United States under the K-1 Visa, which is often referred to as the fiancé visa. Ashley, however, never filed the adjustment of status which would have allowed Jay to receive his green card and legally reside in the United States. Ashley has since filed for divorce a second time on April 23 after supposedly catching Jay cheating. The K-1 visa only gave Jay license to reside legally in America until June 3, 2018, and the Department of Homeland Security has initiated removal proceedings against him.

Upon violating the Protection From Abuse filed by Ashley, Jay had a warrant out for his arrest and he turned himself in to authorities. It has been confirmed that Jay was taken into custody and delivered to York Country Prison in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, July 3. However, since Jay is not a United States citizen, he had to be placed with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials. Jay is expected to have to wait in the ICE detention center until his hearing, which was pushed back to July 17, when they will decide if he will be able to reside here in America or if he will be forced to go back to Jamaica.

One of Jay's friends started a GoFundMe campaign (again) to help arrange for Jay's legal defense, which has been posted to his personal Instagram along with his mugshot, reaching out for help and captioned with the hashtag #FreeJay. Jay's 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? co-star, Larissa Dos Santos Lima, has publicly donated $15 to his cause.

Fans will find out this week if all of the support from friends, co-stars, and fans will be enough to help Jay get out of hot water. On 90 Day Finacé: Happily Ever After?, Ashley promised that she would have her revenge for the multiple times Jay had cheated on her by getting him deported. It looks as though Ashley may be getting her revenge after all.
