Annie Suwan slammed 90 Day Fiancé fans who mocked her for getting lip injections after her makeover reveal on Instagram. 25-year-old Annie and her husband David Toborowsky, 53, debuted on the TLC show in 2017. Despite an age gap of 24 years between them, Annie and David fell for each other in Thailand, when they met at a bar. 10 days later David proposed to Annie, but in order to get married, he had to pay her family $15,000, two water buffaloes, and $6,000 worth of gold. David was recently divorced and unemployed back then and the dowry left him cash-strapped.
David and Annie’s financial struggles continued after she came to America on a K-1 visa. David relied on his friend Chris Thieneman, who provided money and even a place to stay (though it wasn’t to Annie’s liking). However, things have started looking up for David and Annie since they found popularity via the franchise. 90 Day Fiancé star David, who had taken up a teaching job, seems to have quit it to focus on his reality tv career with Annie. The pair also makes money by leveraging Annie’s cooking skills, which also helped her get a special 90 Day Fiancé spin-off of her own. In 2021, David and Annie made over $185k in Cameo earnings alone. The popular franchise couple are celebrated for their success story and currently star in Pillow Talk.
This is why, when a fan accused Annie of getting new lips for OnlyFans, the Thai native slammed her critic. “Here comes another only fans,” the commenter posted on Annie’s latest Instagram video post. Annie used the song “Beautiful” by FTISLAND to show off her new thick lips while she donned a summer-appropriate periwinkle dress. Annie didn’t share any Instagram caption with her post to leave her 841k fans guessing what she’d done to her face. But Annie told the commenter with the OnlyFans comment, “lip injection has nothing to do with only fan (thumbs down emoji) no.”
Apparently, Annie was looking so different in the clip that when a fan asked, “Who is that?” and she replied, “my cousin” some even fell for it. “Oh no the 90 days fever hit Annie too,” wrote a different fan. Many agreed that the naturally stunning Annie didn’t need any filler to enhance her face. It seems Annie’s lower lip looks bigger than her upper lip in the post, which is also why her injections are getting flak in the comments. Fans have expressed that they “miss the old Annie.” However, Annie’s loving husband David, who himself gets Botox, thinks his young wife looks beautiful.
Annie was praised when she revealed her weight loss transformation back in October 2021. She also runs her own fashion business and sells gorgeous imported dresses from Thailand on Instagram, and has modeled her own creations. Annie had gushed about how she’s finally back to the size she was way back when she was filming 90 Day Fiancé season 5. But viewers appear to be concerned about Annie getting plastic surgery in the future to completely alter her appearance. The fan community is currently in shock after witnessing the complete failure of 90 Day Fiancé star Darcey Silva’s latest surgery, and are praying that Annie doesn’t change. Regardless, like David, there are several fans who are loving this new version of the comedy queen Annie and can't wait to watch her glam self soon on a new TLC spin-off.
