Angela Deem of 90 Day Fiancé fame has been smoking for 40 years. Even after her weight loss surgery in August 2020, multiple clues reveal she hasn’t quit yet. On episode eight of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Angela tried hypnosis as a last resort to quit her smoking habit after being told by Dr, Kashani that it would cause an ulcer in her body. Furthermore, Angela was stopped from having her facelift by Dr. David Saadat. However, Angela smoking her “last cigarette” on HEA was a lie. She’s still huffing and puffing away now, as per shocking photos posted by herself.
When Angela visited her doctors in California for the first time on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Dr. Kashani and Natasha Fett found a lighter and cigarettes in her bra purse. Dr. Kashani informed Angela about how smoking caused decreased blood flow and increased chances of infection. But Angela continued smoking even right before she went for her risky surgeries. Immediately after her operations, Angela lit her cigarette again. When asked by Michael to stop, she blamed it on stress. This week's 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? episode saw Angela naming Michael as one of her triggers as she got hypnotherapy, but fans knew it wasn’t the case.
The popular 90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem has revealed what she looks like after her weight loss surgery plenty of times on Instagram. But over time, critics have been calling her out for the smoking taking a toll on her health and making her look 80 instead of 55, despite the weight loss. However, many think the hypnosis session may have indeed helped Angela quit, but Angela’s Instagram stories prove it did not. Over the last weekend, Angela created a buzz for flirting with Dr. Kashani and spending time with Dr. Obeng as she partied with him in Los Angeles. At the party, Angela posted a photo of herself with two new friends, and shockingly, a cigarette in her hand.
The next morning, Angela drove down the highway singing Stevie Nicks and 90 Day Fiancé fans spotted a cigarette in one of her hands while the other was on the steering wheel. A later story upload by Angie showed off her meet-up with Vanderpump Rules alum Brittany Cartwright over cocktails and cake. During this party, the camera again caught Angela in high spirits with a cigarette box on her side. Furthermore, Angela also made some new friends with whom she partied later. To no one’s surprise by now, the 90 Day Fiancé star had a lit cigarette dangling from her fingers again.
Angela's smoking since she was 13 years old has certainly taken a toll on her health. Fans have pointed out that she has revealed problems with her breathing on 90 Day Fiancé. Her attempt to remove the “turkey gobble” was nipped in the bud by Dr. Saadat, who dropped Angela as a patient. Whether Dr. Saadat performed the facelift on Angela later is not yet known, but it’s suspected that she may have had a facelift.
