The 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Angela Deem seems ready to divorce her husband Michael Ilesanmi, but many clues suggest that the couple is still together. Since 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 premiered, Michael and Angela have had several heated arguments. The Nigerian native didn't want his wife to have weight loss procedures because he was scared of the risks. However, Angela ignored his wishes because she felt that she would have a heart attack if she didn't get the operations. The duo butted heads again when Angela needed to have a breast reduction and lift. Michael loved Angela's chest and he didn't want her to reduce her breast size. He got visibly upset when he saw Angela's smaller bosom after the surgery.
Soon, the 55-year-old "Meemaw" told him that she wanted to have a facelift because the rapid weight loss made her face look different. She developed a "turkey gobble," meaning excess fat beneath her chin. Angela got in touch with facelift surgeon Dr. David Saddat and told Michael that the operation would probably cost 25K. Her Nigerian beau, who was against plastic surgery from the beginning, got even more annoyed. He wanted Angela to save money to have a baby in the future, instead of splurging on cosmetic surgeries to look attractive. After talking to his aunt, Michael decided to give Angela the silent treatment. He stopped answering her calls.
When he did pick up Angela's calls, he didn't let her talk disrespectfully to him. In the recent episode, Angela got so frustrated with her husband that she threatened him with divorce. Michael didn't care and said that he wasn't going to beg her to stay together. The promo of the next episode showed Angela talking to a divorce lawyer. This is why fans want to know whether the couple has already broken up or is working on their relationship. One clue that they are a couple is the fact that Angela still has Michael's picture as her Instagram display photo. Besides, the grandma of six recently shared her adorable wedding picture with Michael and his mother on Mother's Day. Just before the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 premiere, Angela did an interview and talked about the marital problems she faced with Michael. She said (via ET), "We went to hell. We literally went to hell and it was bad, and you'll see that." She talked about their arguments in the past tense, which is another clue that may still be involved. She then shared the latest information about Michael's visa process. She said that they filed for a spousal visa in March 2020 and have been waiting to be together for three and a half years.
In light of these clues, Angela and Michael did talk about getting divorced but decided to work on their relationship. Kalani Faagata and Aseulu Pulaa had a similar scenario. Angela doesn't care what critics think about her relationship with Michael. She added, "I know deep in my heart we love each other." Angela, who was spotted in a cozy photo with Dr. Michael Obeng, might be calling Michael a loser and liar on the calls, but it appears that she is definitely in love with him.
In her Cameo video, she mentions her husband. Angela also says "thank you" to the audience for following their story. She usually says, "Thank you for being team Angela and Michael. This journey would have been much harder without your love support." Since the Meemaw is still mentioning her husband in Cameos, the couple may still be together. Angela and Michael might be together now, but many viewers think that the Georgia native will soon dump her husband. She is already seen flirting with her plastic surgeons and doctors. Fans think that Angela is now looking glamorous due to her 100-pound weight loss to try and land a role on another 90 Day Fiance spin-off, 90 Day: The Single Life.
