The decision of doing weight loss surgery was taken after Angela felt like she “would have died” without it and admitted that the first three months after it were the hardest. It was also hard for 90 Day Fiancé's Angela to stop smoking. She revealed in episode eight of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? that she was finishing a pack of 10 cigarettes in a day not even a month after her operations. The smoking prevented Angela from getting her facelift and chin liposuction, as explained by Dr. David Saadat in a previous episode.
Angela’s latest weight loss reveal on Instagram could indicate that she still has not managed to impress Dr. Saadat or is in need of more surgeries. With her rainbow-colored hair and a tight T-shirt promoting Dr. Michael K. Obeng, who gave her a revamped chest, Angela shared a picture of her skinny new self in tight jeans. Angela is reportedly in New York to film the HEA season 6 Tell-All over the weekend, which is where the photo was captured. A Reddit fan, however, found Angela’s neck looking odd in the picture and made a meme out of it.
“Is this really a pic of Angela?!?” asked one 90 Day Fiancé fan. Someone else posted, “Is this really her?” The fan continued, “That skin ain’t never going back so she will need lots of surgeries.” Another TLC fan wondered if 90 Day Fiancé's Angela had used Photoshop to put her “sun, peroxide and cigarette ravaged head” on a 25-year-old person’s body. One fan suggested that Angela should have “waited on that facelift” because, according to them, now her “neck and her under chin skin don’t match.” Fans are concerned about Angela having “aged prematurely.” But as one TLC viewer added, she might have “skin removal and then it’ll look good.” They explained that it's common when people drop weight quickly like the 90 Day Fiancé star did, and that Angela will look better in the long run.
But not all fans are critical of the meemaw’s magical makeover, as they’ve left comments about Angela looking “great” and “amazing” as well. Angela seems to be happy with the skin she’s in, if not glad that she’s looking like the best ever version of herself. Michael is still with Angela, as proven by her latest Instagram goof-up, possibly finally hinting at an approval of his 90 Day Fiancé partner’s decisions.
