What fans failed to notice was that Angela was trying to raise awareness for kidney disease by collaborating with the person who is in need of a transplant. By now, everyone who’s ever watched 90 Day Fiancé knows that Angela lost weight by getting a gastric bypass surgery, liposuction, and breast reduction. This is why many were confused when Angela was seen promoting weight loss gummies on her Instagram. In the video, Angela claimed that the “tummy flattening” product helped suppress her appetite, aided in her weight management, and was “good for her health.” Seeing how fake Angela’s claims were, a fan reacted with, “Let me know when you start promoting things you actually use, like Newports and Marlboro” 90 Day Fiancé viewers mocked Angela for using surgery to get her slim physique but shilling sketchy diet products to gullible followers instead.
