Angela Deem was spotted with her weight loss surgeon Dr. Michael K. Obeng, after having been accused of cheating by husband Michael Ilesanmi on 90 Day Fiancé. TLC regular Angela has become one of the most disliked cast members of the franchise. While Angela never impressed the entire fandom in the first place, many were offended by the flashing that happened during the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Tell-All. Angela's severe reaction was after Michael had called Angela out for her questionable relationship with Dr. Obeng. And Instagram fans are collectively concerned about Michael after her new post with the Beverly Hills surgeon, with many wondering if Angela and Michael have split for good.
After finding love on social media, Angela and Michael met for the first time on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 2. Their age gap, baby planning, visa issues, and different cultures posed a problem for Angela and Michael but they got married anyway in 2020. However, it's been almost two years since Angela has seen Michael in person, during which she's also had a full body makeover and lost over 90 pounds. It was Dr. Obeng who operated Angie for breast reduction surgery, and the meemaw shamelessly flirted with him on TV. But Michael was shocked to find out about Angela being driven home by the doctor after his birthday party in LA.
By the time the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Tell-All ended, Angela had told Michael that their marriage wasn't legal. After Angela screamed "I'm done" to Michael, fans believed that their relationship was over. But some are still waiting for a confirmation from either Angela or Michael. Meanwhile, Angela shared a video of herself acting pally with Dr. Obeng on her Instagram. With his arm around meemaw, Dr. Obeng declares, "I love you and your husband," and she replies with, "he loves you too." Pointing at her chest, Angela adds, "he loves what you've done here. Me and Michael both love you doc." Fans in Angela's comments, however, are still suspicious about where Michael really is.
One 90 Day Fiancé viewer commented, "Where's Michael??? I thought this page was for both of them… haven't seen his posts in a while." Someone else wrote, "I'd love to see her reaction if Michael had his arm around a woman." One fan asked why Angela can have male friends but Michael is not allowed to have any friends who are women. Some of Angela's critics asked Michael to watch out and continue staying in Nigeria. Many were also of the opinion that Angela is looking gorgeous since her weight loss and that Michael should not get jealous after seeing his beautiful wife hanging out with Dr. Obeng again.
Still, things are certainly better between Michael and Angela following their 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? breakup. Angela and Michael have a history of splitting up and getting back together after becoming 90 Day Fiancé stars. So it shouldn't be surprising if they make an appearance in a new spin-off soon. Michael has starred on an October episode of 90 Day Bares All where he revealed they patched up. He also confessed that he was used to Angela jokingly flirting with other men. "He's jealous," Angela had admitted. It's likely that this new clip with Dr. Obeng is just Angela trying to push Michael's buttons as he continues waiting for his visa in Lagos.
