Angela Deem from 90 Day Fiancé slammed an Instagram follower for calling out her excessive use of filters in her recent TikTok videos. Georgia resident Angela rose to fame after starring in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 2 owing to her loud personality and relationship issues with Nigerian husband Michael Ilesanmi. During their last appearance together in the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 Tell-All, Angela and Michael had a controversial breakup when she violently flashed her chest on camera. While Angela and Michael are rumored to be still together, he’s certainly not arrived in the United States yet. But she’s not shying away from flaunting her 100-pound-plus weight loss in romantic TikToks with a mystery man.
The 56-year-old Angela continues to make appearances via Pillow Talk with her daughter Skyla Deem. But otherwise, Angela has been staying away from scandals since her very public spat with her best friend Jojo over 90 Day Fiancé star Debbie Johnson. Recently, Angela had a lavish birthday party in Las Vegas with a large group of cast members, including Kalani Faagata, Tiffany Franco Smith and Tom Brooks. There, she also happened to meet a fan, who found out that Angela and Michael are still together and waiting on his visa. According to Angela, she’s also planning to undergo a tummy tuck.
While her avid fans await her arrival on a new 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, Angela keeps them entertained with her Instagram posts. Lately, Angela has been creating a lot of content with a TikToker she refers to as the Original Thief of Hearts to spread kidney awareness. One of them includes a duet of Angela and the mystery man lip-syncing to “Love You Inside Out” by The Bee Gees. “Yess I love this song lol,” Angela wrote in the caption. In the comments, fans appreciated that Angela is living her best life and posted messages such as, “So much fun 😂 you look radiant.” But one of them said, “Damn that's a great filter...all your wrinkles are gone😂😂😂😂.” Angela lashed out at the critic by saying, “You wish you looked as good as me 😂😂😂😂.”
But the TLC viewer didn’t mind the insult and posted yet another snarky comment for TLC cast member Angela. “Be real Angela you old just like me, only I’m real!!! 😂😂” Still, Angela served another taunt to the person by writing, “😂😂😂 If your life was so good you wouldn’t be on my page with NEGATIVITY 😂😂😂.” But Angela’s filters are seemingly not a hit among her followers. In another video of Angela and the “thief of hearts” grooving to “Would I Lie to You?” by Charles & Eddie, a fan accused Angela of “lying” when they commented, “Lying to us with that filter.” However, Angela asked the person to “shut up.” A different fan commented, “She uses more filters than Folgers coffee.” However, the creativity of this fan seems to have impressed Angela because instead of insulting them, she ended up telling them, “Wrong again 😂😂😂.”
For all the time that Angela has been a part of 90 Day Fiancé, she’s earned a reputation for being brash and over the top on-screen while being involved in shouting matches with Michael and her cast members alike. But Angela takes this attitude off-screen when she ends up calling her followers “dumb” or “irrelevant” instead of ignoring their comments or responding to them gracefully. However, being a controversial 90 Day Fiancé star is what Angela also does best, which somehow seems to be earning her more spin-offs, including the one she’s seemingly filmed recently in New York City.
